Wanted to buy $15 in fuel. The pump did not reset. Asked the clerk inside for help and was told they could not do anything on their side. Said the pump had nothing on it. Thanks Kwik Shop for ripping me off. The first time I could accept. The second time is unacceptable! Will not bother to give you business again.

Known to sell gasoline that has destroyed engines. Advertised as open 24/7 but frequently closes before midnight. Overpriced snacks and always out of stock on the specific item you want. Etc. I live a block away but Ill drive or even walk further just to go anywhere else.

Love this Kwik Shop because it is so close and the staff is always so polite. Valerie, Travis, and Brandon are always happy to be at work. Clean facility too and decent pricing.

Kwik Shop stopped accepting Bakers fuel points with no warning, despite the Bakers card still being listed on the signage at the pumps.

At 7:40am on a Saturday the trash outside was over flowing, the store was dirty, the coffee area was under stocked. At a time of a pandemic I didn’t feel “safe” like anything was ever wiped down. Whatever ...it was a unkept store like no one cared.

This place always has something that dont work and a lot of time never have what you are looking for. Absolutely ridiculous

There really isnt anything kwik about this place. The receipt printers at all the pumps havent worked for as long as i can remember. If you require a receipt for business, plan on standing in line for one. Or go across town to a different store.

What professional, family oriented convenience store plays head bangers music over the speaker system during one of the busiest hours of the day? Employees need to be a bit more professional and need to take pride in their appearance.

Usually 1 person at cashier with 2-3 walking around stocking etc. But line is 20 deep so dont ever stop if youre in a hurry.Still the worst gas station. (No gas pumps working today and no straws for your drinks) I hate this is the only station in old town Bellevue.

There was only two employees that are ever friendly and nice to me and they don’t even seem to be working there anymore. I frequent the store often and the employees are rude and don’t even say one single word to me not even a thank you or goodbye. For some odd reason these are longtime employees and they’re always there. Rude, rude, rude. I’ll go out of my way and go somewhere else.

Heather took $15 dollars off my credit card for gas! She very mixed up on pumps. Gave my gas to somebody else! Seriously I work live in old town. Buy gas,food,drink there daily. But this store horrible! Deb manager has let it go down hill. Refused to give me gas. Im posting this all over. Not good p.r. Ill send you my recipient I totally payed! Wont ever go back again. Did a complete 19 gallon tank fill of premium - within 5 miles my engine came to a complete hault. Had to tow my car to the mechanic and the findings are contaminated fuel.Working with insurance and the store to come to some resolution.ZERO stars if Google would let me at this time.

Wow Kwik Shop. Seems to be a lot of people on here with the same claims of your cashiers accusing customers that they arent paying. I suggest you check your employees for harassment! What happened to good quality service!

This place is always busy. Sometimes they could be staffed better but usually get in and out pretty quick.

Debbie Griffis is the manager of the establishment, so I believe her review should be removed do to the fact that it will be biased in the process. I have been going to this shop for over 15 years. Back when it was just a tiny thing, I can remember when parents Used to complain because they didnt have pumps. They only two Employees left from the original store and yes even I have worked there but left in may do to personal reasons and stress. But Im not going to stop going to this shop just because of the Opinion of some of the Employees.

This morning Saturday Dec1 I walked into the store and told Presslee I want to pay $6 on pump. Number 5 she was talking to two other women. I go out to the pump number 5 and the pump.wasnt turned on . I motioned to her that the pump wasnt on .she motioned for me to come in I walked into the store and I told her I Paid $6 for pump number 5 . She acussed me of not paying for my gas .so she goes over to the opposite register and looked she said no I didnt pay for my gas . I said I did so she goes over to the register that she checked me out of and found that I did pay for my gas . No apologies I was the only one in the store besides the two other employees. Employees need to pay attention.to their job check the tape to verify my complaint

I went in and tried to get food at this location ! she( the clerk)( J) threw food on the floor and told me You are not entitled! I said what?!She said( YOU ARE)not entitled i said U mean I am NOT Entitled!!! she told me No u r not! as she tossed the frankfurters to the floor! THIS is discrimination ! I just wanted A HOT DOG!

The service was good and really funny and joking with me, and easy to get along with I will defiantly be gong back there for all my needs

I always come to this place to buy gas and sandwiches all good Until today I came to put gas in my car I paid a cashier cash to put gas in my car I paid for the gas I went to get a coffee and came back To pay for my coffee, I went to my vehicle to put gas on it and it turns out that they had not put the gas credit on it, I went inside to tell the cashier, what did he say that he had not paid him when I gave him Even the bakers card to save on The gas was very haughty and simply said that he had not been paid and from there it did not come out that he did not pay him is a thief and rude for the next time I pay in cash I will always make sure that he gives me the receipt to verify that he was paid He is always very busy, they make balls, they should employ effective people. It is my bad experience.

You pay her for a petty cashier who works there and then she says I dont pay her one
