We stopped by last week since hubby always saw a long waiting line and insisted trying it. We were so impressed with the quality of coffee and snacks, as well as the good service there. We went there again when walking our dog this morning. It really changed my thoughts as Starbuck fan. Thinking grabbing coffee from Amore will become our routine 😊

A cute little drive-thru shop, unfortunately with *terrible* quality control. Ordered the same drink (macchiato) on two separate days. The first time was decent, the second resulted in the single worst cup of diluted stale coffee Ive tasted in a long while. I was actually compelled to throw it straight into the trash after coming home, taking a couple sips, and incredulously muttering some very choice words -- something Ive never done with coffee Ive purchased anywhere, ever. That a coffee shop is even capable of creating a concoction this bad is a marvel.

Great coffee, especially if youre a fan or white coffee, with friendly and fast baristas. They come up with some fun specials and have tasty snacks. Good place for coffee on the go.

The baristas don’t listen to my order. Both times I’ve gone through, I asked for extra flavor in my drink & both times, I barely taste it. Also asked for a 16oz & they made + charged me for a 24oz. I’m not one to hold up a line & ask for a remake. Still tipped them as I know what it’s like to be a busy barista & the girls working can’t be bothered to smile or even say thank you! I worked for Starbucks so I understand being busy but a bit of effort into at least being nice is still achievable while busy. Disappointing & frustrating.

Wow! The coffee here is amazing! Prices are decent too compared to other coffee shops in the area. The girls that work here are so sweet and always greet you with a smile. I will definitely be returning and will recommend this shop to all of my friends!

This used to be my favorite coffee spot. Coffee was always great. But the last 4 or 5 times Ive gone. The coffee has not been good. I dont know if they changed coffee brands, or if its just the Batistas working. Ive decided I wont be going back anymore though.

Nice cafe, burrito and service

I have spent months looking for a great coffee drive through in Bellevue that wasnt a Starbucks and finally found it. The coffee they use is excellent... multifaceted and not a one note coffee. Lots of variety for different specialty drinks (The tiger striped mocha- dark and white chocolate with salted caramel...yum!). And while there is always a line - a good sign in my book, the service is friendly and quick. This place is a now my weekly treat.

The ladies who work here are all friendly, efficient and caring. And they use only the best coffee. Very nice place!

No one wears a mask at this location. I emailed my feedback after having a negative experience with the barista. Management was passive to my concerns and refused to address masks not being worn by employees in a small enclosed space.

This place is the best coffee around my place. Way better than Starbucks or Jitters nearby. Very friendly staff, pretty quick at making drinks that still taste amazing. not sure what they do but the drinks are always good.

I don’t know the name of the woman who made my coffee but I ordered the largest iced americano they had with vanilla syrup, almond milk, light ice, and an extra shot of espresso and it was the BEST coffee I ever had. Their service is always super sweet as well. These guys are just the best, period. ~Love y’all!

I have been going to this coffee shop since 2010 and I really like it! There is usually a line, plan like 5 extra minutes to your trip. The baristas are very friendly and efficient, which I value most.

The baristas are very nice, but the coffee is overpriced. Blended coffees are not creamy so you are left with a bunch of ice chunks at the bottom. Coffee is bitter and definitely not worth the $$

I wanted to like this, but the espresso was only decent not great. Better than Starbucks for sure, if thats your usually routine this is a step up. But there is better espresso in the area.

This is my favorite place to get coffee :) the girls are always very friendly, and the coffee is always yummy! They have punch rewards cards which are nice, offer achocolate bean (chocolate covered espresso bean) with every coffee/drink, and have both a walk up window and drive through window. Their menu offers a variety of tea drinks, lattes, blended drinks, smoothies, hot chocolates, you name it. They also have classic coffee stand foods like muffin tops/ cookies, bagels, and wait for it: breakfast burritos and quiche!The only thing I would say is that if youre expecting to get through a long line of cars to get your coffee within 5 minutes, then youre crazy. Theres usually only 1-2 girls working at a time, and so getting through that line if they get swamped can be a bit tricky and can take a bit. Just dont go pull in a long line if youre in a hurry (just like you shouldnt at any Other place).Other than that, this place is great and I love it, because it allows me to give to a small business who has yummy flavors and good vibes, and a sense of friendship with the staff the more you go and order, especially if you always get an iced caramel bliss like me 😂.Plus: theyre cheaper than Starbucks!Thanks Amoré!!!

I had never been here before, and sadly I won’t be returning. The reviews are good so they must be good most of the time. Quick service, nice enough staff. The coffee itself was fine, however, they gave me spoiled whipped cream on my drink! 🤢 Luckily I got a cold drink & could see that something wasn’t right, so I was careful to avoid it. I expect more when I spend $5 on a coffee 🤷🏼‍♀️ I tried calling them just to let them know not to serve it to anyone else & no answer. Bummer. I hope no one gets diarrhea!! 💩

I am very disappointed with the sugar free and gluten free cinnamon cookie I got. They are overly sweet and I really want a refund for it $7.

I want to start with this: first impressions last, and this was not a pleasant one.Was charged $12 for a breakfast sandwich and paid for a Milky Way latte, and ended up with plain coffee in my cup. I was familiar with the barista and her having been severely unprofessional made me upset. She took an extra long time helping the person in front of her and I waited about 15 mins before I could order something. Pretty bad timing, and I would know since Ive worked as a barista before. Ended up tipping her, which was before I tasted my coffee...Pretty upset still because this was months ago and every time somebody mentions this place, I let them know how unprofessional they are and to expect ridiculous wait times.

8:30 am pull into the parking lot, long line of cars. No problem, I’m not in a huge rush.. after sitting there waiting my turn about 10 mins, some young girl walks quickly past the line of cars and up to the walk up window. I’m thinking, I know this girl is not going to just blatantly cut in front of everyone cuz her order was more important than everyone else who had literally been waiting going on 15 min. Yep she did! After 10 more min sure enough, she got her drinks and walked back to the car behind me and they pulled away. WHAT THE HECK?? Then other people join in on the blatant disregard for anyone else waiting in line and walk up to the window while I’m sitting there behind 2 other cars STILL! 30 min of this BS and I was done.. there was only 1 girl working who should not have been taking walk up orders when the line of cars was wrapped around and we had all been patiently waiting our turn. I will never waste my time there again. The coffee is good but when you wait 30 minutes and they allow other customers to just walk in front of you, that suddenly makes me hate your punk ass coffee. There are plenty of other great choices that respect your time and money.
