Me and my friends went there today. To look at some jewelry the SA Clair was really nice to help us and showed us some of the perfumes too.. but when the rest my friends came in the SA Laura was the rudest, cold person ever. She looks down on us maybe because we don’t look Like crazy rich Asian.. here eyes says it all and the way she talked to my friends was so un acceptable. She cannot be in that kind of job with that kind of attitude. I hope Hermès knows who they are hiring..
Today was one of the worst experiences we have ever had. My husband wanted to purchase a bag for my 50th birthday. The SA we had was very rude and unwilling to help us in anyway once we said that we would like to get on the waiting list for a Birkin AND a Kelly bag. The only thing she kept saying was that the waiting list was to long (which is understandable). We said that we would wait as long as it would take. She replies “you need to establish a relationship with me to have access to those bags, we have other beautiful bags” She would not even show us around to look to buy something... This is the only place on earth that you can walk in ready and willing to spend $25,000+ and be treated like this... We went to this store for the experience, to look, to feel the different leathers, and colors that the bags come in! It was a crushing experience! I will never step a foot in this store again, or ever purchase any Hermès goods. Their are plenty of other designers that make beautiful items where your not treated like dirt...
No thank you. Went in and was told they out of everything. Seattle hermes have the worst customer service and will never come back again
Love this store, Whenever I visit the store i completely enjoy and shopping experience is unlike any. I have always bought from Oi-Ling, please ask for her and you will not be disappointed. She is so kind and patient and super knowledgeable.
Very disappointed experience, we drive an hour to the store and find out the store is by appointment only and told we have to wait for 2 hours, and we was grated by a sales lady name Miwa, she keep telling us she can help me but she is waiting for her appointment, that’s perfectly fine with us, I told her what I wanted she literally laughed out loud, I REALLY DON’T THINK IT IS FUNNY. Then she told me we have to see her many many many times before I can have that bag. I really wish we had better experience. Such a shame for a brand name like Hermès to have a sales person this rude.
You currently have to make an appointment to go into the store but staff are very patient and attentive to what your looking for.
Asuka have always been wonderful. She takes good care of me. I love the selection of clothes, bags, wallets, shoes and scarves.
Very frustrating experience with male SA Remal(?). Made an appointment for Monday @10:30 last week and he left a voice mail today to reschedule without giving me any reason. What kind of sales assistant calls saying “unfortunately we have to reschedule”? Also, he called me Juliana like 3 times in the voicemail!!! He didn’t even get my name correct...
I wish I could give this boutique a 5 Stars like the other reviewers but unfortunately I cant. I know the boutique is only open By appointment only Due to the pandemic which I completely understand. But my issue was I called the boutique directly on Monday and see if I could schedule an appointment with a sales associate. The lady on the phone asked me if I worked with any sales associate before and I said NO. She than took my number and said a sales associate will contact me within the hour. About close to 3 hours or so later I received a text from a sales associate and she said she was happy to assist me. She was very nice in the text and asked me when I would like to come in. I told her I would like to come in on Saturday. She then give me a couple of time slots. The available time slots was either 10:30 a.m. or 12 noon. I picked 12 oclock noon. She came back and said sorry the noon time slot is taken can you do 10:30 a.m. or 5:00 p.m. I then picked 10:30 a.m. This conversation all happened on Monday. On Tuesday never heard from the sales associate. On Wednesday was a holiday and thought they might closed so I didnt try to reach out to the sales Assoc. On Thursday I texted the Assoc 3 times asking her to confirm if 10:30 still work for her, did not heard a word. So by Friday around noon, I called the boutique. this time it went to voice mail, so I left a msg. No one called me or text me back. I am very disappointed that this Luxury Brand that is well known and RESPECTED by people around world would treat a (person) customer like this. Sure its my first time, sure its during a pandemic but not not schedule you in thats astounding. If they dont have an apt available they can even schedule me all the way out to next year if it take. I would be find with that. Even a dermatologist office is 6 months out and they were still able to schedule me in. But for boutique that sells leather goods couldnt? Im astounded. I had thought long and hard before writing this review. Now if they read this, you never, I might be BLACK listed from shopping their brand completely even online. But Im willing to take that chance. This is the first time Ive ever encountered as such. Very disappointing.

All SAs are super nice and welcoming. One time, my boyfriend and I lost track of time shopping and left store after their closing time. They didnt hurry us and still tried to help us. (We felt bad and apologized). Thank you for everything
As lovely as one would expect for a boutique with Parisian roots. Rommel was really helpful with my friend looking for a scarf, and showed us so many fun options along with giving us background and history on the different scarves. Once a scarf was decided, he was nice enough to walk us through the different Hermes perfumes and scents. All the staff were very helpful and clearly knew the product.
Hermès scarves. If you have one you know what I mean. If you don’t you will. Careful though, because they are addicting. And it’s an expensive addiction. If you go there and don’t get the service that you need, just go back dressed up and you will. Don’t take it personally that the staff don’t understand customer service, and are ridiculously snobby. Think of this; in France it used to be that you had to pay to go into a retail establishment. Once you were granted entry you were required to buy something. One could not “browse”. One had to have a certain stature to be able to enter a store. That’s the history that the culturally inappropriate snobbery comes from in Hermès stores. So laugh it off, and enjoy your Hermès scarf once you get it.

Great selection at this boutique and helpful staff. Definitely recommend Jessica, she was kind, helpful, and knowledgeable of the line when I came in.
I went to this store alone to buy a scarf for my wife. The two ladies who served me on the 2nd floor was somewhat cold, had no smile throughout and showed little interest in my enquiry. Didnt take it personally but just felt funny that youll likely get more smile at a random Mcdonalds than the Hermes in Bellevue.
Too bad I have to give at least one star. Was ignored for 15 minutes straight... I was actually trying to buy something. Had to chase the sales associates down and BEG them to help me. They probably looked down on me because I didnt look rich! Not happy at all.
