I want to thank Adnan for helping me today with my 2018 Toyota Tacoma! He was helpful and friendly. Any question I had about the truck, he was knowledgeable and informative. The process was quick and I walked away feeling confident about my purchase.
I receive the BEST service at Michaels Toyota. I take my used Sequoia for all maintenance and oil changes in to Michaels. I am always greeted with friendly staff. I also appreciate out how they help me prioritize repairs to fit into my budget. They do not up sell me and always provide fair pricing. I needed new tires last year, they beat both Discount Tires and Costco pricing with a much better warranty. I ran over a nail at a ball park and Toyota replaced it free of charge quickly for me. Kaleb is AMAZING! He always provides A+ service and provides a loaner when needed.
Me and my fiancé made an appointment to test drive a Toyota Supra 2020 and everything was all good and ready. Upon arriving we weren’t greeted by our salesman “Dalton” at scheduled time agreed to meet. We waited for 30 minutes or so while he walked around and talked to people. Then after meeting us the first RED flag came up when he said it was required that he run my Fiancé’s credit before we simply test drive. We don’t want anything affecting our credit, as in any pulls so we told them we weren’t comfortable with that. They then took his drivers license and insurance number and we’re then told that he had to be at least 25 years old to AGAIN just test drive the car. None of these are actual rules or regulations. We will be contacting higher corporate and doing more than leaving a bad review.
Do NOT do business with this unethical company. They sold me a 2008 Rav4 that kept burning more and more oil. Now it burns 1 quart of oil per hour! I brought it in for several recalls throughout the years and they tested it for burning oil and claimed it was fine. They discouraged me to get it retested and claimed it would void my warranty. Meanwhile they claimed to have sent 2 letters to my address indicating there was a class action lawsuit and Toyota would pay to fix the problem. We never received these letters. They failed to inform me of the class action lawsuit when we brought it back for more recalls but attempted to charge me $800-$1000 about every time I brought it in. The manager of the dealership said he would talk to his boss and see what they could do, but failed to follow up or return my phone call. Corporate showed no compassion for my situation and told me there is nothing they can do. I will NEVER do business with these crooks again. They lied to me. Sold me an unreliable car. Failed to make the situation right when clearly I was taken advantage of. Not to mention the new Rav4s don’t have the same reliability ratings. They are now number 8 on the list according to usacars.com. Save yourself the trouble and avoid Toyota at all costs.
Courtenay Ruis hooked me up with a absolutely beautiful 2012 Altima SL, and I couldn’t be happier.
Bought my first truck ever at this dealership. If you have to do the same soon, you may know that it can easily be a stressful situation. I was pleased to work with Dylan who helped me taking the decision. He has been serious and available at unreasonable hours. I finally got my dream truck and a great buying experience. Would recommend this place if you want to deal with serious people.
It was a great experience. We had Liam for our sales person. He was perfect for us. Not rushing us, and listening to our needs. We purchased a used Sienna it is going to se the country after the country gets a hold on the Covid....
Love coming here for my car’s service. The staff is very nice and friendly.
Great service. Comfortable place to be in while you wait for your car. Only downside is some things are a bit pricey.
I loved this place. And thank you “May Vuong” so so much. She is the best with friendly and helpful. I couldn’t go there today but I will be back next time.
Worst place to buy a car in terms of everything.Awful Customer service,High cost of maintenance, ...My biggest regret is purchasing my car at Michelle Toyota of Bellevue.shame on management and Toyota.Hope you go bankrupt soon.
They at least now have masks. When i came two three months ago, it was a free for all. they should still invest jn gloves likd costco does to ensure real safety, but they are not doing that.
I took my car today for basic service and it was first time experience with them but I found them not professional with bad attitude and slow ServiceI will not recommend any of my family or friends to this dealership
Knowledgeable staff, and good service
