Enjoyed my 1st visit to this market, unfortunately, Ive been to slightly larger farmer markets not too far from this location, with more options. I LUV that they sell my Walden Farms sugar/calorie free products, which normally cost close to $5 each. Their always $2.99 @ farmers market...great buy, especially for senior diabetics that may be on a budget. This location deserves a 4+ rating, from me. Thanks for ur existence, Garden Farmers Market.

Even though this market is not perfect, I do see the employees are trying their best to take care of the place. My favorite section is fruits and eggs. One thing to note is I do see little mold from time to time in the afternoon on brocolli or tomatos, other than that, I think the price is pretty fair and very happy this place existed among other monopoly big chainstores. Keep up the good work!

Love this place. So glad I found a local produce store so close to home. They have a rotating stock of fruits and veggies, so you may not always find what you need but the quality is so much better then a grocery store. Also love that they have a hand sanitizer dispenser right at the front.

I would never be that person to write reviews, let alone a bad one. I went one time & they had an entire table stacked of rotten blueberries, ON SALE.. they had expired blueberries on sale. I’ve never been more in shock & grossed out. Fungus was developed on the entire table of blueberries.Food is one thing that shouldn’t be sold if it’s wrotten.You do what you have to do to get your money in, but that.. no ma’am.

The best place to get veggies fruits nuts and pasta..all fresh if your trying to get healthy this is the place to shop.

I go to this place for all of my produce, I no longer shop at grocery stores because it is so much cheaper to buy from the produce market. This place can get crowded on the weekends though so be prepared.

This farmers market is clean & change out their produce often. Mostly good prices, especially around holidays. Cashiers are very fast & knowledgeable about prices. They have alot of parking, since they are in back of a strip mall & next to a Burger King.

Tight space with unfriendly staff, but hands down best prices on fresh produce and fresh bread. Flowers section looks sad.

Plenty of fruits and vegetables reasonably priced. They also have some deli, breads, pasta, milk, & eggs. There is also a floral section where you can purchase flowers, or have them made to your liking. There is plenty of parking.

Yes .. they are cheap but they get zero stars for social distancing.. I was ready to walk out. Customers that were wearing masks had it hanging off below their nose and were not obeying the markers on lines. So far, this is the worst I’ve seen of any store not following Covid rules. I will not be returning.

Everything is fresh, great prices, and variety of dry goods.

They sell some produce on the brink of being spoiled. Just check carefully for mold and fuzz on your berries. Other than that, very cheap in price for a no frills little hole in the wall joint.

In my opinion, its a very good and plentiful market. Fruits and vegetables are mostly fresh and delicious. Huge variety of breads, pastas, cookies, teas, spices and dry goods. Plenty of parking and close to other facilities that makes it very convenient! So, in a nutshell, its a market with plenty of fresh and delicious goods, plenty of parking and great prices!

Love this market. A hidden gem, Ive recently discovered it. They do not carry everything I need BUT nonetheless, they sell good quality produce at a good price.

My favorite place (price & variety) for produce.

This farmers market is a relatively small one and very crowded on weekends. It has most common fresh vegetables and fruits at reasonable lower prices comparing with grocery stores near by. In addition, you can get eggs, spices, dried nut and fruit snacks here.

Very decent hidden gem. They have all the main fresh fruit and vegetables you could choose from. They also carry nuts, dairy, eggs, tofu, seeds, bread, and dry seasonings. The prices per quantity or per pound are a relatively good deal. Its really hard to get a lsrge volume of fresh produce for a reasonable these days and because of that this market is more valuable than you think. I definitely recommend making a stop here to pick up fruits/veg and enriching the diet for a decent price!!!!!

This is located along Franklin Avenue in Belleville, NJ. Has sizeable variety of fruits and vegetables. It lacks bitter gourd, different small potatoes, small bananas among other things. Prices are lower than grocery stores most of the time.

I really like coming here to get my veggies and fruit because it so fresh. The price is definitely great and the lines go pretty fast. If you trying to eat good fresh healthy and local grow food go there.

The most cost effective place to buy fruit, vegetables,eggs, milk,bread and many condiments as well as nuts, dried fruit and pasta. It is a bit small and parking can be a mess but overall its a winner. The cashiers are lovely and the florist on site is great

This place is awesome, you can find a wide variety of fresh spices, as well as fruits, vegetables, dry leaves to make sauces among many other goods for the your kitchen they have good prices and the employees are very humble and helpful.

Found everything I was looking for. All produce was fresh. Staff was very polite and helpful.

I think this is one of the jewels of this area. There is another larger sister store on 17North by BJ’s. Great breads, olives, nuts and healthy snacks, dairy, veggies and fruits. We don’t buy anywhere else, no point to pay more more the identical product and I believe these are same fruit and veggies Fairway sells at at times 3 times the price. Bravi!!!!

Its always busy & hard to get a parking spot. Everything is cheaper than the supermarkets BECAUSE, you would have to use what you buy that day or no more than the next day. Thats why their produce is cheaper. Not very clean, Diffentitly wash your produce good. Also, some of the guys putting the produce out apparently dont use deodorant, ughhhhh! Hold your breath walking by them if you dont just walk out. You will catch a good day from time to time & the produce is fine & Everyone used deodorant that day. Good luck!

This place is good for everything but fruit. The prices are very, very good for pretty much everything, but every time I get fruit, it ends up being mealy, bruised, or tasteless. I usually just buy things like eggs, pasta, and oil, or potatoes and onions here. The prices arent good enough to make up for the tasteless fruit.

Though small it has every kind of vegetable and fruits I need and with low cost.

Prices are fairly reasonable, however they have been steadily going up. Of course prices will fluctuate, but in general prices have been going up here. The produce here tends to spoil quickly. They do things they should not do, such as refrigerate cucumbers, but I guess thats more of how they are being transported than stored really.Variety is good, but could be better in my opinion. At times you may find them changing the price (raising it) of the item you are currently putting into a bag.That being said, still blows away other local options such as Shoprite and other large chains for produce. Theres no way Im paying $2.99 for 3 lemons at those places and simply stopped shopping for produce at those places unless theres something I absolutely cannot find at the farmers market or the quality is just so bad I have to go big chain.

I shop here frequently for fresh produce. The prices are unreal but a lot of the produce offered doesnt have eye appeal, so to speak, but that doesnt change the fact the produce itself is good. I often come here to buy a weeks worth of produce and its never cost me more than $20. If you are on a tight budget and you want to include fresh produce into your groceries then it is definitely worth it to come here.My only negative experiences are usually the other people shopping who dont seem to think there are other people around. Rather than ask if you can move they will literally try to *squeeze* past you without apologizing.Usually after a trip here I lay out my purchases on the counter and photograph them, and then I upload the photo to Facebook along with the total cost and my friends and family are floored by how much I get for so little.
