This place has been here forever. I literally cannot think of a time in my lifetime where this place wasnt here. I prefer to try this place first when Im looking for something because of the whole helping local small businesses over the Giants. Their furniture is really nice and their prices are comparable to elsewhere. Ive even gotten clearance furniture here with small dings that were still a great value. Like someone else said in the reviews Ive seen things that claim to be locally or even Amish built but when you look at the tags it shows a completely different country

A nicer store than I expected, with really good sale staff. They were very helpful and we didnt mind driving all the way from south St. Louis County to buy something there in Belleville. We ordered a Smith Bros. leather sofa and recliner. The salesman spent a lot of time with us helping us select the proper leather and other options to get what we wanted. I recommend this store.

Repeat customer - my entire living room is different pieces purchased at separate times. Flexsteel sofa and love seat, oak curio cabinet and Amish book case. Terrific customer service, great quality products, fair prices, vast selection. No reason to shop anywhere else

Good furniture

Walked around the entire store. No one on the sales staff even said as much as hello. They were busy with other clients, I will say; however, someone could have said hello, we are all with customers, but someone will be with you soon. So, after about 20 minutes, we left and were probably not missed. BTW we were prepared to make a significant purchase.

Ordered couch and recliner. Told them before purchasing I would pick up and it would be on a Saturday or I wouldnt buy it,they agreed,didnt want my new furniture in their truck that hauls old used bed bug infested mattresses. They called and said our furniture was in but they couldnt do a Saturday pick up. I complained and told them thats what they agreed to before the purchase and that is what is going to happen. Now they tell me our furniture is not in. Its been 3 months no furniture no refund! Buyer beware!

Michael at the Lake St. Louis store was absolutely wonderful to work with. Even with the shut down in place, he answered all my questions, texted pattern selections to me, and I was able to pick out the chair and fabric I wanted. We live in Belleville, but we drove to Lake St. Louis to try out the chair and finalize the purchase simply because of Michael’s outstanding customer service.

Well, Im an employee there. There is some incredible furniture there. My personal favorite pieces are the Amish made reclaimed Barn Wood furniture. Amazing stuff, along with sooo much other furniture too! Come check the 2 stores out, for great ideas if nothing else. Customer service is through the roof, i know. Im a part of that team. Purchased a kitchen table and chairs, decent value and construction but was told it was genuine Amish furniture. Last time I checked, the Amish doesnt live in Malaysia. Might want to thoroughly check before you fall for the ole made by the Amish line.

I’m fairly certain Mueller’s is always running some sort of sale. Anyways, service and selection are phenomenal here. If they don’t have it, they can order it for you. They also sell custom made Amish furniture. I loved the consultant I was paired with the other day. Even though I was just in doing my homework, I felt thoroughly addressed and taken care of. They’ve been in business for a long time and I see exactly why! I’ll be back for my furniture needs.

Ive gotten my bed frame, mattress, box spring, nightstands, couch, ottoman, kitchen table, and accent table behind my couch from Mueller. Needless to say, I will be a lifelong customer. After shopping at several stores we purchased two Flexsteel recliners from Mueller to replace our worn out chairs that we bought from Mueller 18 years ago. We have purchased several items from Mueller through the years and have never regretted it. Delivery has always been timely and professional. Ted and Greg called to tell me when to expect them, arrived on time and set up my chairs right where I wanted them. They thoroughly explained all the functions to me and instructed me how to disassemble the chairs if it’s ever necessary. I appreciate the care they took completing my delivery.

I just bought a new living room sectional set. The service was amazing, and the furniture is of great quality. The price was really good also... Compared to the other stores I shopped, I am getting much better quality for just a little more money. I will shop here again.!

Mueller furniture is THE place to go for new furniture. I walked in and was taken aback by how large the building was. It is a definite optical illusion from the outside. Every time I turned a corner there was more to see.Mark Mueller took me around and showed me the new recliners, the gorgeous Amish furniture and all of the options that come with both.I watched the men who were greeting people as they walked in, they were attentive and friendly without being pushy. All the customers walked in and out with a smile on their face.Mueller furniture is THE PLACE to go for family friendly service and prices!

This place just sucks......they have ZERO customer service skills...do not notify you where there are potential delays they were aware of....and their delivery guys were smoking in my front yard, asked to borrow my tools and started riffling through my office papers do not use this company....do not waste your time....I even called the owner and he started yelling at me. completely unprofessional.

We always bought from Mueller Furniture when we lived in Belleville because of the quality and service we received . After buying two new Flexsteel recliners recently and after moving out of town 13 years ago, we found the quality and service still remain high from Mueller Furniture. The delivery men, Brandon and Mark, were prompt and friendly and checked the automated recliners to make sure they worked correctly to our satisfaction. Our compliments to Darryl and the Mueller family for continuing their business in such a professional manner.

Very nice place. We decided to stop by a lot of the various places throughout the area. I almost didnt stop because of how small it looked on the outside. After going in, you realize how big it really is. They have a basement with quite a bit of furniture as well. We didnt buy anything, but they had a lot of options. Some various brand names like Flexsteel and such are offered as well as some a little cheaper. You wont find any huge bargains here, but they had nice associates and a good selection of mainly couches/sofas/beds.

Back again to Mueller furniture today to buy a matching headboard for the amish bedroom set that we purchased from them 2 years ago and love, love, love along with a beautiful new mattress set. Picked up end tables, a coffee table and a couch and sofa too also at amazing 1/2 OFF prices! Sales staff was friendly and helpful but not pushy and owner, Mark, checked in with us to make sure we were having a good experience. Such a pleasure to shop local and receive such excellent pricing and service.

Nice place, took a long time before someone approached me and I was in my Metro uniform. There was two white couples that came in and was approached almost immediately. Yes I am a black woman. I was looked at, an walked around. Thats to bad because they have nice furniture. However I will not be spending my hard earned money there.

Almost a year ago we bought a Flexsteel couch, chair and two ottomans. Love them, but we had an issue with the cushion foam. Mark Mueller could not have been anymore helpful. We had to take a picture of the cushions and he emailed them to the manufacturer. New foam was ordered and replaced in the cushions. We live in St. Louis but will definitely shop there again for our furniture needs.

Minorities stay away! Ive been to this store three times with my girlfriend, we are black. Weve never been greeted immediately when weve walked through the door. And twice, never greeted at all. This ordinarily would not be a big deal if this was the norm to simply feel out the customer and their needs. However, on every occasion, weve seen the salesperson(s) standing at the desk to the right, whom never make eye contact with us. When weve made our rounds through the store to leave, weve noticed the same salesperson(s) greet white customers with a smile and a warm Welcome to Mueller spill. Now I would like to say that I make an honest living like anyone else, however there has not been a time that weve gone in that store ready to spend a handsome amount of money on their pretty pricey furniture. So honestly I feel that Ive won this situation, by not giving this establishment my money but also having decent humans that wish to take a stand on this type of behavior, to not buy from this store either.

A 5-Star review is not high enough! They deserve a 10 on a scale of 1-5 --- I found myself in a tough situation… a Flexsteel sofa that I had purchased less than a year ago was damaged. The local furniture store I purchased it from in Collinsville had closed up business. I wasn’t sure what to do… I called Mueller and they immediately began working on a solution for me! I called on a Monday by Wednesday they had someone at my house looking at the sofa – they took it that day to begin repair. Two weeks later everything was done – and rebuilt better than the original!! Delivery took place the next day and the sofa looks amazing!! The best thing was they did this at no charge to me at all – they were able to get Flexsteel to warranty everything. Even though I didn’t purchase my furniture from Mueller they went above and beyond to help me…. I now have a new furniture store when the time comes to buy anything else!! THANK YOU MUELLER!!!!

Excellent service with high quality solid wood (not veneer over plywood) furniture at a fair price. After little success on both sides of the river in the St. Louis metro area we found what we were looking for here.

They only care about money, not customer satisfaction. I ordered my dream bedroom furniture over the phone. When it arrived, the bookshelf headboard we ordered was 1/2 too thick to fit through our bedroom door. The movers did everything they could, but it just wouldnt go. When the movers called the store, Mark Mueller in a cussing tirade told the movers he was tired of people ordering custom furniture and it not fitting, and that he didnt care if we had to put it in our garage, they would not exchange it. When I called the store, Lynwood Mueller explained that there was a no exchange policy in the paperwork. When I told him we ordered over the phone and received no paperwork, he told me its just common sense. Lynwood went on to say if it was a common piece they would work with me, but its not. I spent over $2,000 on my bedroom furniture and they are not willing to do anything but call the manufacturer 10 days from now to see if I can disassemble it. I find it appalling how this family business treats their customers.

Bought a Dylan sofa set for almost 5k in 2014 Dec and within 2 years leather started ripping off!! Worst part is though I bought insurance along with the sofa, neither mueller nor the insurance cpy is helping with this. There are no pets at home and they believe, the scratches are as a result of nails or metal rivets on jeans or something. Somehow the other leather sofa which I bought in 2012 for 1/4th of price is holding well. This is lemon!!

My review is for service only!!! I browsed, picked out my piece, paid for it and went to have the store load it and another sales associate said she already sold it. The two associates went back and forth, while I was standing there. Then they went to the office (presumably the manager) and all he says was do not give it to the guy waiting. Nothing else. No sorry, no replacement, no discussion. I would never do business in this store. Go somewhere else.
