Alpha & Omega Stone is one poor excuse of a company. I received a quote and was ready to move forward when last minute they decided to switch up the stone on me (both the manufacturer and color). When I researched the stone they were trying to bait and switch me with it was a significantly cheaper stone as compared to the original stone we were supposed to go with.Instead of getting upset about it I simply asked if the quote could reflect the price of the stone that was being substituted in. Instead of a professional, courteous response, all I got was: I think it would be best if [your contractor] puts you with another fabricator. We will not be able to do your job at this time. Good luck with your project.If I were you, I would stay far, far away from an amateur business like this. There are more than enough fabricators/stone purveyors in the area and no one should have to put up with BS like this. May the free market dictate the outcomes as they may. With customer service like this, I wouldnt be surprise if the omega came sooner rather than later for this business. Good riddance.

Top notch service and beautiful install.We are so pleased with our new kitchen counters. Just finished two new kitchens in rental properties with Alpha & Omega Stone and they made it so easy and completed our project in a very timely manner.Would refer anyone to use them for their project.This is our new go to place for all new projects.

We did an extensive renovation of a row house in Jersey City. By the time it came to finalizing the process for the kitchen counters, I was exhausted. Roxanne was such a huge help and stayed on top of everything. She even called me on a Sunday to follow up and check in even though she was still waiting on the final slab pricing. Its been a year since our Calcutta marble counters were installed and they look great. We are very happy all around.

I dont post many reviews, only for excellent service or lousy service. This review is for very exceptional service. After shopping around, not only did Roxanne give me the best price for my silestone countertop, their time from template to fabrication was 1 day. Their installation guys attention to detail was impressive. Even more important is after the install I chipped the countertop and they fixed it without a problem.

Couldnt ask for a more seamless company to help with the difficult task of selecting, templating, and installing stone. So grateful to have Roxanne involved in all of my projects!
