Staff at the cashier didnt know how to redeem my gift card. Was unpleasant and dismissive. She didnt even try to ask for help. Kept telling me my gift card didnt work no funds on it. Went to another Starbucks shortly after used my gift card no problem.

Fast friendly staff. One of the better in-store kiosks around. They are friendly and make the drinks well, consistently.

This Starbucks is close to my home or I would go to a different store. I would prefer a drive thru and this one is in Target, eg. Park the car, walk in, wait in line. There is often only one employee, and other times 3?, and a long line. The employees are a mixed bag, some very pleasant, others just rude and unfriendly. I was charged for a shot of decaf espresso, and when I complained/explained that I had NEVER, at ANY Starbucks, been charged for this before, was told I should have been. Much more was said but thats the jest of it. I paid the price but went back after shopping to find the employee was the manager. She refunded the $1.25 and said she would check into this pricing and call me. No amount listed on price board for shots of espresso! I must say the fraps are great but these stores/employees need to be consistent on how the fraps are made, and how much they charge!Fyi...the manager called and clarified with corporate that she was wrong! A free frap waits for me at Starbucks.

These folks know their stuff, and make a great drink no matter what you order! Super friendly too!! I love stopping by here!

They really took time to listen to my complicated order and answered my questions about the different drinks. They were very attentive and quick! I will definitely go there again!

The cashier asked everyone before me their names and everyone after me their names save proceeds to tell the Barista making the drink that she knows all orders by name if she asks due to a mistake w/ a drink they had just made.She said those belong to “Shea” and that one belongs to HER- points to me!I correct her and say my names isn’t her she said Oh, so I told her you know why you don’t know my name “YOU” never asked! You asked everyone in front of me and everyone behind me!She just stood there, another customer said I noticed that! I said I’m the only BLACK PERSON in here, so I’m going to say maybe you were in AWE of BEAUTIFUL BLACKNESS that you forgot or were you just flat out discriminating?

I think that Starbucks really great. Great service and a clean environment. What made me most happy though is that I walked into target to get some shopping done with my friend but we also wanted to get some iced refreshers. I ordered my drink and then my friend. My friend suffers from Autism so it is hard for her to talk. The employees were very considerate and waited for her to finish ordering her drink so I gave this Starbucks 5stars.

My daughter and I went to Barnes and noble after purchasing a book the recipe said buy one cookie and get one free. Their cookies are huge and the best cookies I have ever had!!!

Basically any Starbucks would be give me the same classification by me because I only go there for caramel macchiatos with an extra shot

It was decent, but he messed one of the drinks up. Asked for a iced green tea lemonade and got a matcha green tea.

Nice employees, slow service. Took 20 min just to get a small sandwich and a latte. The dept store clerk they called over to help was 5x faster serving customers.

When we first came by there was a problem with the registers so we were kindly asked to come back in 10-15 minutes. When we came back everything was in working order and the barista got right to work with our order. The line quickly got longer after we arrived but the barista stayed calm and super friendly throughout the entire process. She also made us super yummy drinks!

This location is consistently understaffed, especially during the morning rush. The baristas are always apologizing for the wait so they recognize it as an issue. Management should consider reevaluating the staff schedule.

There were 4 team members and only one was helping people. They completely forgot about the order for woman in front of me and mine as well. They were only worried about gossiping about the crew from the night before, not taking care of their guests and doing their jobs.

Way overpriced. Ive had the real deal espresso in France. bux charges as if they flew you there & back, & then served you psuedo espeesso posing as true. They fail to offer you a kiss at the register for the screwing you just got. If thats your thing, go for it.

Very rude baristas. I stopped here while visiting my daughter over the weekend and the baristas were extremely rude. I stop at many Starbucks while traveling and this has been the worst experience I have ever had. I will not go back to this location. Horrible horrible service.

They were busy and we had to wait for our order for quite awhile. The 2 staff members were hustling but our order was wrong twice which delayed us and them.
