This place is HORRIBLE not people friendly at all and they don’t believe in the customer is right. They don’t take the blame for their mistakes. Very nasty and u professional staff. They shouldn’t be in business due to their poor customer service skills. I will never recommend this place to no one, VERY BAD PLACE!!

Witnessed unprofessional aggressive driving right before intersection of 309 and 663 in Quakertown PA. The tow truck wasnt towing luckily but aggressively whipped into the right lane next to a tractor trailer who had to stop at a yellow light because there was no room to pull ahead without blocking the intersection. The Nicolete tow truck then proceeded to outrun the tractor trailer and cut him off without notice or a turn signal and cut him off to get back into the left lane. Not a company I would trust towing my vehicles with drivers like that!

Currently waiting in the office i have my release papers and they still wont let me take stuff from my car. Staff is really nasty they said to wait for someone & i asked how long they said 15-20 min if not u can leave and comeback ! Unprofessional and nasty!!

Horrible!!!!!Most rude and unhelpful jerks Ive ever dealt with. I was towed here and they wouldnt take a check, wouldnt take a credit card over the phone, then they said that they would accept a faxed over credit card. Because my attitude did not suit their needs, after 2 hours of arranging it to be faxed they decided not to even accept my fax because they couldnt trust me. I will be hiring an attorney and filing a complaint with the better business beuro.Be warned. You will waste your day here and they will not help you.

This places towing is a scam. My car broke down in Paterson and was towed all the way out to there shop. So they could charge me extra. And then they also close early on Friday. So I had to wait 48 hours to get my car back. And was charged for this as well.

The absolute biggest scam artist and nasty people you could ever meet. ..my handicapped dad was rear ended and forced to be towed there. .they would not allow him to get his cane or medication out of the car until the bill was paid. ..he didnt want the car. .just his medical stuff ....hope they go out of business!
