Wayne and his staff at Riverside Body and Fender Works made the heartbreaking experience of having my 2017 Chevy Malibu with less than 650 miles being smashed in the back a painless, excellent repair. My car looks brand new again! The accident occurred on Sunday. Wayne had the tow truck at my house on Monday morning. The insurance adjuster met with Wayne on Tuesday. I was driving my vehicle in a week. I will recommend Riverside Body and Fender Works to everybody.

Did a great job with my side view mirror and rear bumper. They gave me a significantly better deal than other dealers down the street. They even included what a rental car rate would be (optional) within the estimate so I could get a more realistic picture of what I would be spending, overall. They called and had the rental company pick me up which made for an easier process. Good service.

I recently had my exterior repaired by Riverside. They got my car in for repair very quickly and Jennifer handled the insurance paperwork smoothly. She called two rental facilities and got me rented with Enterprise with no out of pocket, which I appreciated greatly. The work was done on time and I had a small dent removed and painted over (from a previous incident having nothing to do with this claim) for a small fee. Looks great. Highly recommend.

I have used Riverside twice for two different vehicles. The personnel are courteous, they are also patient and answered all and any questions I had. They are honest and completed the repair a few hours earlier than they estimated it would take. The cars looked brand new both times, this is a great place for anyone to use. Highly recommended if you are the type of person who enjoys a family atmosphere.

I have used this auto body repair for several years. They are very professional, friendly, fair, and thorough. They really know what theyare doing, they handled the car rental and worked with the appraisers and my insurance company. Upon the recommendation of my insurance company, I chose Riverside Body and Fender Works to repair the damage to my 2011 BMW M3.Although the time frame for the repair work lasted much longer than the body shop had anticipated (it wasnt entirely their fault as there were issues with the convertible top functionality as a result of the accident.), I must admit that upon completion the vehicle looked amazing.The body was perfectly restored. I was astounded at how great my vehicle looked after the repairs and paint job. They did an amazing job.My only issue was the delays in completing the repairs. But again, that had more to do with figuring out how to recover the functionality of the convertible top, which is out of the scope of any body shops repair operations.I would definitely recommend this body shop.

I have known Wayne, the owner of Riverside B&F Works, for at least last 20 years. Talk about honestand straight person is he. Hell look for your best interest and not money hungry at all. That kind ofpersonality and the good honest work draw people to this place when you have made collision accident.Its good to know theres someone depend on when it comes to accident. If you have to go anywhere to get your car fixed, come to Riverside.After my car accident, Wayne and Jennifer were the most helpful people throughout my claim and the entire process. They even drove me to Enterprise to pick up a rental. When my insurance company was being difficult, they both called the company for me (this happened multiple times) to sort out any issues. Hands down, it was the best customer service. They were both extremely friendly, throughly explained everything and consistently updated any new notifications pertaining to my car.Once they were able to start my repairs, it was completed within days (days before the expected return date). Also, they wash your car before you pick it up. I am extremely happy with the work and it looks fantastic.

Took my tough-to-please daughter here with her first new car (damage to right side). She was a nervous wreck. I assured her (from previous experience) that Wayne and his staff would be her best choice. Sure enough they were. Car looks great. Super clean upon pickup and process couldnt have gone smoother. If youre looking for an awesome auto body shop, then Riverside Body is it!!! I drive a 2015 Subaru STI, my fender, bumper and part of headlight got damaged when an SUV reversed into me. I found Riverside Body and worked with both Jennifer and Wayne, who made me feel so comfortable and relax. If youve never been involved in an accident and not sure what to do Jennifer will help guide you and give you the best advice to make sure youre on the right track, she will stick with you and keep you updated, will return your emails or calls. Wayne was spectacular because he also told me what was going to be done to my car and gave me a proper time frame and was a man of his word. Definitely dont want to get into another accident ever but if it happened Riverside Body is the first place immediately that I will go to. And finally to anyone in the Subaru/Subie community I definitely recommend this shop.

I was recently in an accident where my rear bumper ended up being damaged. The mechanics at Riverside took care of the issue exactly as I expected and in a timely fashion. The mechanics I spoke with were very friendly and easy to talk to.

I recently took my 2009 Accord EXL there. My 2 right side tires were flattened and a lot some underbody work had to be done as well. They replaced both tires and also put on a new front bumper because of old existing damage to it that wouldnt look good otherwise. They were very professional and friendly in keeping me up to date on a day to day basis on the progress. I definitely will be using them again and recommend them to everyone i know. They even gave me a complimentary car wash because they couldnt do it themselves due to the bad weather. How can i forgot they have the most awesome secretary to make things even better and less stressful for u. Great Experience!!!
