Continental Collision Company was amazing to work with while they fixed my car. They communicated with the insurance company and myself in a timely fashion and returned my car in excellent condition. Im very satisfied with their service and would highly recommend them.

I cannot say how grateful I am. The owner of this company came to look at my car and gave me an estimate in a timely manner. That have done body work for my moms car in the past and they always have great customer service. If you happen to gave body damage I reccomend coming to this shop. They do great work on all types of cars!
Working with John and his crew is great! John coordinates with the insurance company and handles all details with ease! Work is done well and in a timely manner. Takes a little of the sting out of a bad situation.
Great folks combined with high quality craftsmanship! 5 stars all the way...
These guys know what to do and how to do it better than anyone Ive ever met. They do everything from high-end exotics, to classics, to everyday vehicles, to motorcycles! I highly recommend them.
We had to have bodywork done a few times and Greg and staff did a great job. Very helpful and reasonably priced!
Great place to get your car fixed. John is a real good guy and keeps his promises on time and work to be done.
Had the best experience ever. Went with them on a recommendation from my All State agent. They were friendly, professional, efficient, and got my car done on time. I definitely recommend this business.
They do excellent work. Highly recommended
Excellent work and customer service provided by Continental Collision!Over a 10 year period we used Continental Collision often (teen-aged drivers). They were recommended to us as a preferred auto body shop by our insurer USAA. As a 30 year USAA member I rely on their expertise and they were absolutely correct to have pointed us to Continental Collision.Without exception John Quinton and his staff provided outstanding service. I would not hesitate to send anyone to see John at Continental!
Great people and do awesome work
Clare is right! They have gotten over on me once before with a check.Secondly property of mine came up missing while my car was in their possession.Third they did a horrible paint job to my bumper. A month out of the shop the paint started peeling.Do not use these guys!
Did a great job on my car after the accident! Friendly professional and on time!! Thanks John!!
Scott and Greg are great! Phenomenal paint work and attention to detail.
John provides excellent work and customer service! So easy to work with!
Do NOT use Continental Collision for any body work that is being paid for by an insurance company. I was recently in an accident that required about $3100 in body work. The person that hit me had Allstate insurance. I took my car to the Allstate drive-thru estimate center. They cut me a check for $3178.00 and said I could get my car fixed anywhere I wanted. The did recommend two places and one was Continental. Ive never needed body work on my car before so I took their suggestion and went with Continental. This was a HUGE mistake. My car has head rests that deploy upon impact to help cushion your head and neck to prevent whip lash. Both head rests deployed and the Allstate rep said they had to be replaced once they deployed. John Quintin from Continental said that they could just be reset. There was a $1000 difference in the estimate since John said they head rests should just be reset. John told me to just sign my insurance check over to him and that he would reimburse Allstate for the difference. Well, I had already deposited the check as I had received it a week prior to the car being fixed. When I went in to pay for the car the amount for the work that Continental did was around $2100 (since he didnt replace the head rests like Allstate recommended). I went to write John and check and thats when things got ugly. He said that since I deposited my check and wouldnt sign it over to him I would have to pay him the entire $3,178.48 that Allstate had written me the check for so he could reimburse them. When I stated that I would only be paying for the work done he stated that he had called Allstate and told them to stop payment on my check because it was written for the wrong amount. I told him that he could legally not do that and Allstate had not called me to tell me they stopped payment on the check. He said that he could do that because they would just write him another check for the corrected amount. I asked him what would happen if I had checks bounce because of them stopping payment on this check. He said that Allstate would cover the costs of all fees that I would receive if they stopped payment. John would not let me leave until I wrote him a personal check for the full amount. Over $1000 more than what he charged me. I wrote the check and then left and promptly called my husband. He put a stop payment on the check I had written. (We wanted to take the car somewhere else for a 2nd opinion on the head rests and get them replaced with the remaining money). When my husband went in there the next day and gave John a check for the correct amount he proceeded to act like a child and throw a tantrum insisting that we owed him that money because he had to pay Allstate back the difference. What Mr. John Quintin didnt know is that I called Allstate and he NEVER called them and they were never expecting to get the amount refunded from Continental. His intent the entire time was to do less work and then pocket the extra $1000. Thats INSURANCE FRAUD MR. QUINTIN! I have informed Allstate of your shady business practices and told them they should stop recommending you!
