Replaced a broken bumper and fixed a dent in my door that was starting to rust. All work done on time, charged exactly what was on the estimates, my car looks better than when I bought it 7 1/2 years ago! Everyone was friendly and professional, all work top quality, and the prices were absolutely reasonable. You would never know anything was ever wrong with my car!I will go back next time my car needs bodywork!

Second time here working with Skip. They are fair, knowledgeable, and always take the time to lay all of the price ranges and options out clearly for me. Cant say enough about the pleasant experience (especially considering getting body work done isnt usually a fun adventure). They make it easy and simple and I have total trust in them!

I had a tree fall on my car in Warren, and my auto insurance sent me here. I wasnt thrilled about having my car 45 minutes away, but they made it seem I did not have another option. So my car came to J & B auto to be fixed. I had a broken windshield and smashed back windshield. When I went to pick up my car, the owner was very pleasant. (Which is why I am even giving them a 2 star). She seemed very concerned in me being happy with me car. I was so excited to have it back after a long month! The man had told me that it was really hard to get all of the glass out, which i completely understood. He told me once I turn my defrost on to keep my eyes and mouth closed because glass would come out. with no sign of humor....What?! Then he said not to worry if I get glass in me because the windshield glass has lead in it and if I were to go tot he hospital and get an x-ray that it would be easy to find..... Mind you I have 3 kids... I get to my car (in the dark) and my husband and I still see glass everywhere. All on my front seats, all on the floor in the back. All through my glove compartment and my dash. My husband asked him if he could try to remove more. He took some pressure blower and just blew the glass more around my car... I did not dare to turn my heat on at all in the middle of January and snow storms. I called my insurance back to tell them I was not pleased and I wanted it fixed. My cup holders still had a ton of glass, everything. No detailing was done AT ALL! After another long month of waiting for them to approve this, my insurance found that my headliner was cut pretty badly. As the appraiser was looking through my car at the glass, he also cut himself. So finally! I take it back to J&B auto, and the woman who I assume is the wife, was telling me that my insurance company was very rude to them and how unfair it was for them to be treated like that. They also told me that I should tell my insurance company that it was not their fault that they couldnt get all of the glass out and that it reflects badly on them. Finally, today I got my car back. It looked amazing! However, a few of my things were missing. A small vacuum and my ice scraper.. called them and they couldnt locate them. A few minutes later they found them in lost and found. Really? They couldnt even keep track of my personal belongings that were in my car. Again, very pleasant people. But very lazy, unprofessional work. Absolutely not impressed and will not ever go back.
