If you want to consistently wait 30-45 minutes for an online order that you put in 20 minutes ahead of time then come here to their drive-thru. If not, go elsewhere. I get it if this was something that had only happened once or twice but this has happened multiple times. Never a sorry for your wait or an estimated time food will be ready. Always the same employee manning the kitchen in the morning too when this happens...I wish more options were available closer to my home because then I would never come back to this Pride for a food order.
Stopped to fill up my boat with fuel. I ran the boat for one hour before I brought it there. It ran fine. I went to put it in the water, it wouldnt stay running. I drained fuel from the fuel pump and it was loaded with water. I will never buy gas from a Pride station after this experience.
Vacuums don’t work if that’s what you’re looking for so you can save time trying. Everything else is “fine.”
Pump wouldnt stay running even though my tank was 10 miles from empty...
During my visit at Pride in Belchertown, My experience was beyond expectations. Tim provided exquisite service and made me feel welcomed. I highly recommend.
Such great customer service! I’ve become a regular and Tim is just so great on the night crew!
Excellent staff
Sorry pride, you just drew the short straw. Ive been getting massively dissapointing food all week and this is the last straw. I asked for a recommendation from the grill cook and he quickly pointed to the reuben. Its 7 dollars btw, no sides, no pickles, and its the skimpiest excuse for a reuben Ive ever seen. ONE slice of cornbeef with several bits that are too chewy to eat. Even the picture on the menu board depicts at least three slices stacked, a quintessential part of any reuben sandwich. I feel like I just got mugged by this place, I understand that things arent like they used to be but the death of a good value is not what we all need right now. Figure it out you cheap corporate fat cats
