Not at all surprised to see their overall rating is less than 3 stars. Very rude employees, acted as if I was trying to steal from them for no reason at all whatsoever. I was simply browsing in the cosmetics section and a young female employee continuously stared at me. She didnt offer me assistance or ask whether I needed any help, just stared at me the entire time I shopped. It wasnt like I stood there for an hour, it was maybe 10 mins maximum. Store is also messy & hard to find what you are looking for. Id give 0 stars if possible. Update: I did use this pharmacy for my Covid vaccines & though the wait time was somewhat lengthy (this was a scheduled spot, not a walk in!) I was very impressed by the gentleman who did me & my partners vaccines. He was polite, professional & explained things in an easy to understand manner. So pharmacy was a pleasant experience. However, I did notice that they were very busy & possibly understaffed. Long lines & aggravated customers growing impatient. Though it appeared they were trying their best. The store itself could use friendlier, more welcoming employees, but no complaints with the individuals at the pharmacy we had interacted with.
If I could give the pharmacy a negative I would. The younger pharmacist is very very rude!!!

Went in for a half gallon of milk they all expire tomorrow. Needless to say the one thing I went for I could not get and the help couldn’t find any in the back either. Why do you not check your stock and get rid of it. No one wants to buy milk that expires in one day!! Their prescription service is terrible too. Definitely not going back.
Usually love this CVS. Went in one time to ask for antiseptic wipes as I am diabetic. They told me to check a medical supply store and laughed at me as I walked away. Even though Ive bought them from CVS before and they are listed on their website.
Still on hold, going on 20 minutes! An acknowledgement from an actual person would be nice so I know Im not just listening to the same loop of music and infomercials!
I realize we are all in time of need, but you call yourself s a great store a great pharmacy !!!! I dont understand why and how can you get away with selling 1 ( ONE ) roll if tolit paper ( unknown name brand ) for 1.50$ ??? Even family dollar and scotts brand are .99 cents !!! And another problem are people like me ( server cornice crohns ) I was in tears at your store today !!!! Thats for the CHEAP toilet paper !!!! Might last 24hour ??? If Im lucky ????
My 17 year old daughter had her wisdom teeth extracted and waited in the car while recovering from heavy sedation while I ran into the Belchertown CVS to get her pain medication and antibiotics. The prescription was called in an hour before. They told me it would be a few minutes while they counted out the pills for one of the prescriptions. I told them I would wait but that I needed to get my daughter home. After 20 minutes and observing their disorganized operations, I left without the prescriptions. With all the options for obtaining prescriptions, I wondered why I even considered this CVS.
Waiting on hold for over 38 minutes is unacceptable for a pharmacy. Hung up and will try to call other pharmacies for my moms heart medication.
Currently still on hold with a phone call I began ten minutes ago...Now that I think about it, this CVS rarely has my prescription in full... Often I have to wait an extra day to get it all, or come back later for the rest.Maybe once the pharmacy remembers that Im on the line, it will be different; but that is if I get through...

I appreciate the good service and honesty by Rob at the pharmacy and by Cam, also of pharmacy. These people are really trying to help. The music in CVS is deplorable, though.
