I have been using Postal Annex here in Bedford for about a month now. I have always felt welcome and felt like I was getting true customer service, unlike other shipping places that are around.The owners are super nice and extremely knowledgeable. I even decided to get a PO BOX here instead of at the Post Office because it is just a better place overall.I wont send my shipments from anywhere else again! Thanks guys!!

I wish that I’d experienced the other reviewers level of service. I called with a question and the woman who answered the phone was obviously bothered by me calling about notary services. I won’t make her day worse ever by going in there that’s for sure. I mean, just bitter sounding and curt over the phone, what’s it going to be like going in? No thanks.

They went above and beyond. Typically I go to Walgreens, stand in line for awhile, and thats it. But they were very professional, kind, and fast. I look forward to returning. They even came out to my car to help me bring in some larger return items!

Ive been to this location a handful of times. I ship products I make from home and this was the closest place to mail off my items. The gal running the show is a hit or miss with her attitude. She looked directly into my package to see what I was shipping, unprofessional if you ask me. She has printed 2 labels for free for me and that saved me a whole dollar! Their shipping prices are VERY high. Maybe paying for the convenience is worth it to some. I probably wont go back because I felt I wasnt welcome and I was being a inconvenience

I needed to get important pages printed and this lady ruined my pages THREE times and made me pay for them. She doesn’t know how to work a computer and a printer. She was on her phone the entire time and wouldn’t even keep her mask on! If you print pages as a business! You should at least do it correctly. Don’t come here for anything she will ruin it and make you pay for bad prints and empty pages.

They do it all, Amazon shipping, pickups, FedEx, UPS, USPS. Want to rent a Mail box, they have best prices with best deals and best customer service. They also make duplicate keys for locks. I love this place.

BEST KEPT SECRET YOU WILL HAVE TO EXPERIENCE!!!! So thankful I found them.... they can do everything that the post office, Ups, Fed ex, etc can do for you PLUS MORE!!!!! AND ... their Customer Service is ABOVE AND BEYOND! Gayle Pulliam and Diane will absolutely go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of, Greet you with warm hello, genuine smile and kindly offer help needed and explain all their services. They even do shredding! Oh and they have awesome greeting cards, small gift items, gift bags, scotch tape, clips etc....many little household things you might need. It isso nice to be able to just grab a card/cards, a quick unique gift, etc.. while at Postal Annex doing your other business. My husband took them a 48 ft x 15 ft trailer awning in a bag and They gladly boxed it and off it went for him! Trust me, they are the absolute BEST KEPT DFW SECRET ..... SO.... let’s support our local business and help them grow!
