It is really hard to do business in times of pandemic, but what you guys do makes our lives so much easier! Your pricing, products, delivery and customer service are a grasp of fresh air in all that shortage nonsense we live in. We paid for delivery to be safe and we just got our delivery not only on time but a bit earlier than anticipated. The products are compostable and priced as fair as the standard plastic, and we couldn’t be happier with what we’re getting. Way to go people, props and keep up the good work! Thanks for being here!

Solid Company, very professional, great communication and customer service, we worked with Dan and he kept us in the loop every step of the process of us getting our custom cups. I absolutely love these products. Our business is based in Seattle serving hot meals to kids. We had trouble finding a product that would hot hold for 2 hours during delivery. Finally, we found Good Start Packaging. So happy to have a plastic free option that gives the kids we serve the healthiest food possible.Shout out to Dan, he gave me amazing service. He called me 5 minutes after I sent him an email and it was already closing time on the east coast. Cant beat that kind of service. If you use this company ask for Dan, hes the best!!!

Were excited about our composting program at my organization. I was thrilled to find a helpful person on the other end of a chat box who sent me all the images I needed to create posters to educate our staff about what is compostable. Great company; helpful people!

SCAM!! Other reviews are questionable- Good prices on bottles and good product, I bought a 64 oz juice bottle sample- about $8 dollars delivered. The bottles are priced fair, but you need to buy 2,500 caps!!! Thats $80 dollars for the caps!! So if you want a case or two of bottles the price will double or triple. Dont waste your time!

BPI originally notified me that this company did not have BPI certification upon my request. After a couple months, I was notified that they were mistaken as the products they carry are in fact BPI certified. I am glad BPI was able to correct this information and confirm that Good Start Packaging carries certified compostable products.

Worst customer service ever, they simplyTake your money and disappear, I received a full shipment of damaged material which I sent pictures and videos to the customer service, I end up with a 50$ voucher, rather than replacing all damaged goods I have been ordering for 2 years from them and they simply don’t care . Won’t be working with them anymore
