Pretty good selection living room furniture options compared to other locations. The prices are pretty reasonable too.

The management in this store is horrible! Since they do not allow drug screening the truck crew stay fueled on methamphetamine and create a perilous environment. Might look nice from the outside...but inside its corrupt!! Neved shopping there again!

Do noy buy their insurance for furniture. Fist time we filed a claim and said it is not coverd, just a normal tear, but when they sell you the insurance they say it covers All damage.

Store product in inventory for furniture items was low. Pieces on the floor could be weeks in backlog and they did not mention that until you were ready to buy. Staff was young and more interested in being on their phones. If you can pick it off the shelf some good deals. Otherwise be aware of potential lag times in delivery.

So much better than the last time I was there and its so much more organized things are not spread out each section is nice and they have a much better selection of furniture I am very pleased with the way they have the store.!!!

Clean and well stocked. Ordered off web for in-store pickup. I waited in line for almost 20 minutes while customer went through entire basket deciding which items to buy and what to put back, but pickup went quickly once single cashier became available. Would visit this location in future when in area!

Nice, wide open floor plan that makes everything seems wonderful. Unfortunately, many of their shelves were empty and their inventory left much to be desired. I enjoy shopping at Big Lots, but this location did not present a Oh, I must have that! Feeling

Big Lots had exactly what I needed for my outdoor furniture.

We went to look at recliners. They had plenty on the floor & surprisingly, the store was very clean. I had not been in this store in several years & was very impressed. We found a recliner we liked & wanted to buy, but didnt have it in the back, but they will have one in on Tuesday. But, I did end up buying some face cream & a few other things. So, we will be back on Wednesday to pick up the recliner.

My son purchased furniture today. The saleslady was awesome so knowledgeable. They have updated store since last time I was there over 2 years ago. Looks great and I will be back to shop there more often because of the great bargains there.

Received the best customer service EVER by John.Corparate needs to see this and recognize if not promote this awesome man.He was happy to answer questions, check for stock on multiple items, and even assisted me with loading my items (not a walk in the park) John was happy to do his job and go beyond. You can tell he has a love for his work and for people.I can not praise him enough.

Store experience seems to vary based on skin hue and individual employee (although many employees there are kind to all) . Ive have seen American Black and Indian women given a bit of a hard time regarding standard store promotions/coupons that are available to certain people with ease. Beware.

Ive been shopping at Big lots for years now and I have to say they are making really good strides in upgrading how their stores look. Ive always been able to find great deals here and will continue to shop here.

Glad that they now have baskets rather than just carts. The selection of products is nice, the produce is fresh and the prices are good.

They have really got good prices. However, the check out is way too long. They can have two people working the registers and they move at a snails pace. The NRHs store isnt like this. Not sure what causes the delay?

I just started working here! Everyone come see me and sign up for amazing deals!! This store is super nice and big. The employees will go out of their way to help you and so very nice! Ive been a customer for years and decided i want to be apart of these wonderful people.

I’ve encountered some nice folks/employees here and for the most part they have decent prices. I’ve encountered some employees here too that give off the air of “this is just my job I really don’t care” which I mean whatever, I get it. Still wouldn’t kill ya to greet customers or ya know actually DO your job. Anyway, some of their furniture prices (for the quality) are a little much but every once in a while they have a good sale on some pieces. Also noticed that this Big Lots lacks on the cleanliness factor. The one in Keller is the one I prefer as its kept up better.

I normally love Big Lots. Buyer beware that prices or sales on website are not the same in the store. They will not honor website discounts or prices. I also tried the pickup and it did not work. I was told by an employee that it does not work. I emailed the company and received a coupon for 15% off my next purchase.

Caveat Emptor- BUYER BEWARE!!!!!! My mother-in-law bought a couch at the Bedford store. Paid in full. They agreed to wrap it for her and hold in the back room for a couple weeks until we could move her into her new house. Went to pick it up today and it was nowhere to be found. What kind of business operates like this? Refunded her the money, but what a huge disappointment on moving day.

I really loved the new layout, very easy to navigate, felt more open and organized...it was easy to browse each aisle in order... Definitely a more appealing set up

Shopping with my wife for some Christmas decor. We walk down an isle and a big sign stated ALL rustic cottage decor 20 % off. This got my wife and I excited so we found a table runner and a Christmas center piece. Upon check out an older lady who was our cashier was checking us out and my wife mentioned the Christmas merchandise should be 20 % off. The cashier quickly said no that is not part of our weekend deal not for the table runner nor the center piece. So another young associate went to go check the sign, via the employee walkie talkie she said it was only the shimmer brand merchandise so I proceeded to the back of the store to verify and I was completely ready to apologize if we were wrong, So I explained to the young associate I did not have shimmer brand but rustic cottage in the isle right over. The sign was the exact one as the shimmer brand only difference was this was 20% off all rustic cottage. We went back to the front young associate was very nice and explain that this was wrong and took the sign off. The store manager explained the that no they are not 20 % off but did not take to much time with us and walked away the older cashier was very rude. I told my wife its false advertisement but could be an innocent mistake, the older lady told me it was not and all she wanted to do was argue with me when I was not even talking to her. We decided to take the table runner but not the center piece. Upon walking out we looked at the receipt and we did pay 20 % less of the original price for the table runner. This goes to show that the staff Including the store manager clearly did not know what they are doing, plus I think the older lady and manager could have been more accommodating and not just completely rude to us. A simple sorry to us would have been fine.

This location is preparing for a remodeling. Their are ready to go. With this Staff it will only elevate what is in place. Their unique qualities of the true identity of Customer Service. There is this guy who works there named Will and he is awesome! He helped me to get a bookshelf and load it in my car. He was very courteous and went above and beyond. The prices are spectacular at Big Lots. They have a nice selection of furniture, home decor, kitchenware, and patio furniture. The only departments that seem to be lacking are toys, electronics and food. Great store, they keep it clean and they are helpful.

There is an older caucasian woman that is the rudest of the rude!!! She is very petite! She honestly needs to take a class on how to talk to people A.S.A.P.!!!

This store has a wide variety of items. Plus they also sell a variety of food items. Plus when they have their sales, you can get some great deals. After Xmas, they had a 75% off sale & I got some amazing deals.

Big Lots is one of my favorite places to go. I never know what treasure Ill find. For holidays especially, their always seems to be just something I havent seen everywhere else.We bought a computer desk for $99 almost 20,yrs ago and its still being used, but is getting a bit rickety. So we decided to look at new one there very soon.All kinds of things from food to furniture, Big Lots has it all.

I enjoy shopping here but this location was out of stock on the item that I was looking for. But they will be getting more back in stock soon.
