The guys here are nothing but outstanding! 👍 They saved me in a pinch when my wheel well insides were falling out! I had driven to a few other big name auto places only to find it would take multiple hours to even look at my car, let alone fix it. Bedford Express has been there for me in the past, but I also knew ownership changed recently..... I was yet again completely impressed!! 🤗 Not only did KC and Deandre look at my car immediately, they were able to fix it in under 15 minutes!! To top it off, they didnt charge me anything!! Totally saved my weekend!! I definitely recommend coming here for your automotive needs! 😄👍🤩

Love this place! I myself am a licensed mechanic and am fairly picky with who I use to service my vehicles. From the start, these guys were awesome. They were courteous on the phone and in person. Everyone I interacted with was kind and professional.The service to my car was fast and efficient and very well done! Smaller shops like this need more business. Every time i go to k@s I am met with courtesy and kindness. The staff is especially friendly and goes out of their way to help you even in aspects that dont concern the service being performed. The employee named hank is especially helpful and is the main reason i return. all i can say is thank goodness i found a service station with no crooks in it. Five stars to this station and a honest recommendation to go there you will not be disappointed.

I have been visiting K&S Auto Lube at 235 Harwood Rd. for a lot of years. The owner and staff have always been very professional and honest. I found out about K&S from a neighbor that always had good things to say about them. I like that they just do what is required, not trying to sell anyone what they dont need. I was out of town once when my daughter needed something looked at on her car that was making a weird noise. I did not have a chance to call the shop and let them know she was coming by. I talked with her later and she mentioned what a great job they did. I totally trust all the techs and owner there. The shop and waiting area/bathroom is very clean. The coffee is pretty good too!

Most lube shops i go to try to sell me everything and they pressure me into purchasing services that are unnecessary... however when i visited this lube shop it was not only fast but pleasant. I was not pressured in any way and i got the feeling that they were being honest. ill defiantly be returning and i cant say how happy i am to know i wont be stressed every time i have to change my oil. :-):-):-)

I too have been visiting K&S Auto Lube for 7 to 8 years now. The owner (Sandee) and the staff (Henry, John, and Sonny) are always professional and honest and can repair anything on trucks/cars. I like to think of them as some of my BEST FRIENDS! I take all four of my family cars/trucks to them (which translates that Im there quite often since some of of the vehicles are so old). They keep my 97, 01, 05, and 11 vehicles running smooth. They treat me and other customers with courtesy above and beyond. When I bring a car in, they perform the work that I ask for on that particular vehicle, but may also suggest work that needs to be done then or sometime soon; no pressure to do that extra work, just letting me know that it might be trouble down the road. They do much, much more than oil changes and state inspections...and at much better prices than other shops or dealerships!IM A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!!!
