I dont know how these stores survive. I purchased my cellphone online about 18 months ago. I went into this store for service because I pay the monthly insurance.They tried to hard sale me a new phone or upgrade. When it was obvious that I was not buying, they couldnt care less about me being there.So I went online for my service and it was a pleasant experience. When I am ready for a new cell phone I will go online again.You can get the same phone on line and most times cheaper. If you want to see and handle before you by then go to the store for that but look for your purchase on line.Two stars because I like the Carrier service.

Not helpful at all. Told me over the phone they could order the lg stylo 6 drove over 20 mins for them to say cant order it. Then constantly tryed to push the 1000 dollar phones. An got frustrated when i kept asking questions. Will not go back

The guys at this Sprint Store are Awesome! Todd, Justin and Mike have all helped my family and I over the last couple of years and each and every time they have been very helpful and friendly! We drive an hour and a half because of the great service. Stop in with a good attitude anyone of these guys will give you good service and get your cell phone needs taken care of!

Worse carrier I have ever dealt with. If you have someone on your account and you and the other person want separate accounts you have to go on line and have that done. When we tried to separate the accounts on line it gives you and error and tell you to try again later. After several attempts you try to get help from customer service and in the middle of TRYING to help you are conveniently disconnected. This happened every time I tried to get help and the only way you can get separate accounts is online. Other carriers have you sign paper and its a done deal. And then when you delete your account they go into your bank account and attempt to take money out of your account. No matter that they have pit you in the arrears or not. I wouldnt recommend this carrier to my dog.

I see all the negative reviews here, but I have never had a bad experience at this store in my 10+ years as a Sprint customer. If you go, ask for Todd. He is the man with the plan, and is always very helpful!

I came into this store with a phone that intermittently shuts off for days at a time and a phone case that was fatigued and would not stay on the phone. Both are less then a year old and still under warranty. Neither has physical damage. The guy I talked to said he could not do anything to help with my phone and that I would have to get that fixed through Motorola because I had purchased the phone at another store. It is still a sprint phone on a sprint contract so I feel like he could have been more helpful with that. When I asked him about the case he said he would not help with that either and that I would have to call Otter Box. I explained that the case WAS purchased at that exact Sprint store and that the sales person who sold it to me told me that I could bring it back if it had a problem within a year and it would be replaced. Apparently I was lied to because he would not replace it.I feel like both items should have been replaced. Both were purchased at Sprint authorized retailers. Both are still under warranty.

Im no longer a Sprint customer, but it was not due to the very friendly and helpful staff at this location. Last fall, my G4 quit working, and Todd Desper replaced it, no questions asked! He is definitely the man to see if you have any questions about equipment or your service in general.Very knowlegable, and is great at getting the information he needs to get things done. If the network was better id still be with them.

Absolutely the worst customer service ever. We were lied to upfront, we were not provided with all the information, so we get a few surprises along the way. I was stupid to fall for the cut your bill in half deal. The mail number for customer service is also horrible, they have no clue what they are doing. You need to train your managers, your sales associates, and also your whole customer service team. A buyout of a lease that was quoted to me a month ago at 100.00 per phone has suddenly become 340.00 per line, with an additional 200.00 per phone. RIDICULOUS!!!! If you are not already a Sprint customer, I would strongly advise you check somewhere else. We are considering advice from an attorney, due to the lies we were told at the beginning.

Ive been with Sprint ever since they bought Nextel and I was with Nextel for a 2 years before that. Sprint service is usually pretty good. Not at this store. I bought a phone and a phone case from them including the insurance. They told me both had a year warranty and that If I had any problems I could bring either of them into the store and they would be replaced. 1 month later my phone was dead so I brought it in. They told me to call Motorola and file a warranty claim with them. Furthermore they told me that I did not have insurance on my new phone, apparently because they messed up the paperwork, but that was my tough luck. They refused to fix it. I will probably leave Sprint when my contract is up because this is my closest store and I cant get reasonable service from them.

Only this store in Beckley has this issue. Ive been with Sprint since 2000 & Never experienced such idiots & uncaring employees. They never greet anyone as they enter the store. You have to beg for help, if theyll stop talking about their personal life long enough for you to ask a question. Then they talk down to you as if your too stupid to understand what they are explaining. Then they act as if your a poor unfortunate person that lives on street with not a penny to afford their so expensive high class phones. I go to Radio Shack or any other location but this one. Ive been in there a few times & always the same reaction from all the employees there. I love Sprint but hate this store.
