The people at United Cycle in Beckley were very rude and condensing. We tried to order tires from them and paid up front, with cash. They told us a date they would be in and the date came and went. I called and they told me they would be in on Tuesday. Well that came and went. So we called today and they said they wouldnt be in until thw end of next month. Mind you we never got a call from them at all. We were the ones contacting them. When my husband got there and talked to them they were very rude and condensing. I wouldnt recommend them at all. They were not concerned at all that they were loosing a customer.

Definitely a rip off they charged extra for warranty then say it’s four months just to look at it when something is wrong with it! But elsewhere warranty is included and will fix in a couple weeks. beware this place is definitely a ripoff warranty is included at most places and most stand behind there product. 2021 krx 1000 broken at two months with no help from this company also was over charged at $25000 I paid all fees when most places don’t charge you and now this run around telling me there’s only one mechanic I gave you $25000 hire a couple you greedy pos!!!

I bought a 2015 Harley from them, it was a trade in. First off they forgot to give me the key and I had to return and get it, not much of a big deal. The check engine light came on the Harley not long after I bought it, ran the diagnostics on it and the codes common problem was the air filter. That was the problem, it didnt have an air filter at all. They replaced the weak battery on it and forgot to put the air filter back on. I called and texted the assistant manager Skyler, who never bothered to call or text back. Needless to say they dont have a clue what theyre doing when it comes to repairs on anything. Ill never have anything to do with them again.

Management went above and beyond. Im happy with my new motorcycle.

Do not let them work on anything you own!! Paid to have my carbs rebuilt on my Katana got them back and put them on the bike and they were pouring fuel. Was told they needed synced to the motorcycle and at cost of $200 more. Took them to another shop where they knew what they were doing and the bike is running great.

Friendly and hardworking people. Helped me out with choosing and buying a bike. Definitely gonna be back!! Parts department is great too. No complaints

Traveling home to Georgia, I had a nasty tire blowout---the tube smacked my rear taillight clear off. After managing to find a replacement tire, I stopped in to see if the folks here could help me out. Everyone was super friendly and they had me pull my bike into the garage right away...the boys in the back stopped what they were working on to solder some wires so I could get back on the road safely and legally...I was off in an hour! Thanks to the service manager, Brad and Harley for your kindness and for helping out a fellow rider in need--thats what this community is all about!

They have nothing you need no parts for anything on hand unless you need grips or something simple dont waste your time just order it online and show room floor is bare.

Thank you team United cycle. I had a fairly new tire live in Pennsylvania. I stopped in Summersville West Virginia and thought I had mud on the tire. Turns out the tire was trash. I was able to call United and they said they had one, how long will it take you to get here. I got there and the team was fantastic.Got me right in change the tire and I was on my way to Georgia. If they even hinted it being too busy or they were getting ready to close I would of really been screwed. Would’ve had to wait till Tuesday being this is Saturday. Basically what it comes down to I can’t say enough of how happy I am to have the problem Near such a great establishment.Cheers Team United

If I could give them no stars I would. Needed a tire put on my bike. They were too busy. I didnt expect it to be on the spot, but at least set an appointment. Nope. Too busy.Yeah, so, if its not a big ticket item, dont expect them to care about the customer. Contrary to the reviews, this businesses reputation is the worst. There are better places to go; I strongly recommend going elsewhere.To say they have horrible customer service would imply they have any at all... and they dont.

They have no maintenance employee, nor do they have a trailer to come pick your cycle up to have fixed or maintenance done.

The first time I went to United cycle everyone was busy. I decided not to return & posted a poor review. Management at United cycle have been so apologetic & sincere that I decided to give them another chance. I’ve looked at side by sides all over town & I haven’t been able to find a side by side that’s built as good as the Kawasaki Mule! And they cost less too! Anyone looking for a good no trouble side by side and they want there money’s worth, UNITED CYCLE is the only place you need to go. Try and find another side by side with a 3 year window!

Went in yesterday for parts and service. Stood around in the lobby for over 15mins trying to get someones attention. Not a single person acknowledged me so I finally left.

So far so good on service guys was extremely nice and of I wanted special oil all I had to do was bring it to him. Gonna look over my hole bike and swap old tires out for new ones. And check everything should be done in few hours so lets drop it off and see what happens. Real nice group of guys !

Im planning a trip back to west Virginia and i will make a point of stopping in. If your looking it will pay to stop by. You wont be disappointed.

Ive had great service here, but repairs are pricey. I bought my daughters ATV here and everything went great. The salesman is wonderful, the price was competitive, and Ive been notified of recalls.

I bought a new 2008 Kawasaki Ninja 250r years ago. It was an incredibly smooth experience. I would definitely buy there again. Everything was explained to me in detail, I got a great deal, and had no hassles along the way. All in all, it was a great experience.

I have been dealing with United for years,I always enjoy going in and talking with everyone its like a big family.the parts guys are always busy but they will take time to help me find what I need and if they dont have it in stock its there in 3 or 4 days.sure I have picked up the parts and they were the wrong ones but try looking at the parts brake down and the long list of part numbers and tell me you wouldnt pick the wrong one! and who is to say that I gave them the correct part my self.the service department is always booked up but thats because they have good mechanics working on your units! Go to any other shop and see what the wait time is for service, or how long it takes to get parts and you will see that this is an A1 shop! Thanks to all the guys and girls at United Cycle! I have bought a couple of motorcycles from United Cycle and have even sold them a Polaris TXT 170 that my children had outgrown. I have always received great service.My father in law purchased his last tractor from them also. The only issue I had with my last purchase was the that they were so busy the only free salesman was only familiar with tractors but we got through it and I rode away on my nee bike. When Im in the market again I will go here..

I just recently bought a new ZX14R from this dealership. The owner and staff went above my expectations on how they handled there Customers! Any problem that Ive had they were swift about fixing the problem. The owner called me at home to see how I enjoyed my new motorcycle which is unheard of in any dealership! Thumbs up to the staff and highly recommend them for your next motorcycle, 4 wheeler, or Tractor!

The only suzuki dealer in my area that wont work on my Suzuki because they say they are to busy and its over ten years old. They said for me to take it to their place in Summersville. Really?? I would wait as long as it took just to keep my business local. Your manager who said this to me must be doing great to turn away customers in a bad economy. You really think I would take my bike to your other shop farther away after what you said? Shame on you all really.. By the way you worked on this bike before... Give your workers a raise since business is good..

After talking with the service manager the service work for my Wildcat will be resolved in a manner I find very agreeable and will above what would be considered standard service.

I cant say enough good things about United Cycle in Beckley. A few years ago I was racing quads and was ready to get a new race bike. There was a certain color I wanted that they did not have in stock so Paige took the time to research his database and found the color I wanted and drove to the dealership that had it and brought it back to Beckley for me. Every time I go into the shop the guys stop whatever they are doing and chat with me and the parts and service guys are top notch. I would highly recommend anyone looking to purchase an ATV, dirt bike, or street bike to stop by United Cycle.

The Service Department is a diffently a 5 STAR RATING, Very helpful and friendly staff. While in Beckley from Daytona Beach Florida my husband Jimmy got a nail in back tire and had to order 1 an it came in exactly when promised an mounted and even loaded the bike to unfortunately go back South, great 2 weeks of riding the Beautiful Mountains. Bought a new tractor from these guys years ago and EVERY time I went back to get parts for it they sold me the wrong stuff. Three times I went here for service parts and three times they sold me incorrect parts. But hey, they were nice about it, thats why they get 2 stars.

Terrible Service Dept. Dropped side by side off in Oct told them I had 2 weeks vacation in November, got too pick it back up in Dec. So if you dont really need your machine your ok. Make sure you have plenty cash in pocket, the price has NEVER been what I was told it would be. They dont tell the truth about when your getting your machine back. Whats even worse this is my 4th or 5th machine from there (I must be special kind of stupid) . Ive had my side by side back in there 4 times. Terrible!! Once I had a 4 wheeler over there 5 times same issue, walked out and caught them pushing back up on my trailer. While I was paying for a fixed machine!! Terrible. After this extended warranty runs out Ill Never be back there again!!! Terrible Terrible Services!!! Id be ashamed how I treat people if I worked there!!!!! Terrible

Horrible place to have anything done unless you want to wait forever I sent my motorcycle over to have the carbs cleaned and adjusted that took a weekand they did it wrong so I had to send it back again and they broke the vacume hose that goes to my hypercharger and charged me to replace it and its been another week so far still havent got it back I will never go back to them their service is horrible.Update.Got the bike back one month later and it runs worse than when I took it up there. They messed up my neutral light and my stand sensor. One of the carbs pours out gas. They put a price of foam before my carbs to make it run what little bit it does. The manager called me and said it runs perfect come get it and I did and barely made it home. Called him and he kept makeing any excuse he could so I told him how I felt and will never ever go back my bike will set and rot to the ground first

Have to fight tooth and nail with them to honor there warranty on there Mahindra tractors, took 4 wheeler over there for carb cleaning job took 4 months to get it back and left a jet out in carb had to take it somewhere else and spent more money to have it fixed right

I was riding Hatfield Mccoy trails over Easter and encountered an issue with my machine. I just want to praise these guys for a minute. These guys have never met me, nor have I ever been there. After calling around to a few dealers within an hour of Pocahontas trail head, i realized these guys wanted to help. I dealt with a salesman as well as the owner Paige. I have never met a nicer group of people willing to help someone out. Not a friend, but a stranger off the street. These guys went way out of their way to get me rolling again so I could enjoy my weekend away from home!On top of my pleasant experience, the show room is nice, with a big selection to choose from! I bought a used katana 600 on sep 25, 2014. Best service dept in the areaBest parts dept in the areaEdit sep 30 2016Paige, who I can assume is a manager, offered 4 weeks ago to change my review from a 1 star, due to the poor sales and administrative support, to a 5 star in exchange for a letter of refrence to send to my creditors since my loan was an in house loan. I still have yet to receive it. Their service and parts department are their only good parts. Everyone else in there is awful.Edit Nov 12 2016No change lol

Avoid this place like the plague! I contacted this dealership on the morning of 5/18/13 and spoke to Randy Brooks about a 2013 Kawasaki Teryx 750. After confirming that he had one in-stock, we agreed upon a price and I told him that I lived a long ways away from them and that I didnt want to waste a trip there without having everything ironed out. After an hour and a half of driving all the way to Beckley, Mr. Brooks informs me that he misunderstood me and that he quoted me a price on the 2013 Brute Force and that the Teryx was going to be $1200 more than what he quoted me on the phone. They would not honor the quote they gave me originally, so I bought one at another dealership that bent over backwards to help me out and even gave me a winch installed. Buyer beware! This dealership is shady. Take your business elsewhere because they dont deserve your hard-earned money.

We was stuck far from home with a bad tire on a Harley guys were great we had to get tire from Harley dealer it was Sunday so couldnt do it and didnt open till Tuesday so we went here guys got us right in to help us done 1hr on the road again thanks guys
