Honda are a great product, but God help you if you need service. I was just told my brake safety recall would be a year before they would have time to do it. This is the third dealer to tell me the same.Might be time to buy that Harley!

Many hidden fees on their items. If something is listed for 6000$, expect to pay way more than that and the taxes.I understand not coming down on a price. But dont insult a person saying that you could sell your item higher at an auction. Ended up buying at a different, actual reputable dealer

Ok I ride my bike up there this last Saturday about 100 miles, they had a used 2010 Honda fury with only 3000 miles on it so Ive been looking at it for a couple of weeks now on there web site, Luke was my salesman I ask a ton of questions and he answered all in great detail ! He was an awesome dude, everyone there was just awesome! I had a great experience and needless to say Im now a proud owner of an 2010 Honda fury ! I love this bike so much its everything all the guys there told me and more, I spent about 3 or 4 hours there and just everyone was great ! Was not pressured in anyway at all they all were just wonderful ! Now I will always ride that 100 miles just for a simple nut, bolt, oil change or what ever it may be ! I felt as if I was one of the family !! I am for sure a lifetime customer now !!!

I had 2 Honda generators that needed worked on due to not being used in over 4 years. They were very courteous and knowledgeable. The work was completed on time as promised. The price was reasonable. They also gave me advice on how to store the generators if they were not going to be used. They also recommended the type of fuel that I use.

Needed a tire for my honda talon a couple weeks ago on a saturday afternoon. They had it in stock and had me in and out in about 10 minutes. Very helpful and friendly, well stocked parts. Ended up buying couple hundred dollars in other parts. Wish I had a dealer with the same in my area. Without that tire my weekend would have been ruined. Thanks

I have a Honda Foreman 450.. Had lost the key I needed to get my bike started called Honda they had the part I needed made it out there just at closing but they were great enough to open the doors up find the part again and sold it to me staff was great appreciate them waiting for me part was installed runs great really appreciate the Honda guys

This is a family-run business with a FRIENDLY team that is so focused on helping you that they will go out of their way to do it! I was traveling through town on motorcycle and needed a flat tire replaced. They (Beckley Honda) are very strong on ATVs but helped me find a tire(and tube) for my motorcycle when NO ONE else would! I cant say enough about how they wanted to find me an answer even if it meant sending me to another company! THAT is rare these days and Beckley Honda needs to be recognized! We dont see enough of companies like yours anymore! Keep up the GREAT work and I salute your friendly staff! Kevin was the gentleman that I had the pleasure to work with and he even told me that he wanted me to just do the same for another brother rider by offering assistance when I can. He simply said pass it along! And I will!

I was in the Beckley area in June of 2014 on a weeklong bike trip with friends. I wore out my rear tire on my ZX14 and need a new one fast. I live in NY and I’m not exactly used to friendly customer service from dealers who don’t know me. I spoke to the parts manager “Keven Carter” at Beckley Honda from the road. He said he had what I needed and to come on in. Within one hour they had changed my tire and I was on my way. I can’t say enough about how friendly and helpful Kevin and whole staff was.
