Some of this is due to Walgeens website and phones systems not being updated but, the pharmacy waits are awful, it is not open when you expect, services cannot be delivered, and the staff is rude.Honestly, go anywhere else. Clearly this company does not care about its staff or customer experience.

All good until todayI made a 3:15 appointment to get a flu shotThere were 8 people waiting to check inAn elderly woman (I’ll be nice) decided to cut in front of all of us.I walked up told her there was a line, she proceeded to go ballistic saying she had an appointment at 3:45 mind you it was 3:30 the guy behind counter (Koha) decided to keep checking her in regardless of the line.Taking long time business elsewhere

This is not my home Walgreens, but they were open 24 hrs. Called with serious question about a supplement .Got live pharmacy rep very quickly and he brought pharmacist on line right away and my concerns were addressed. Thank you!

Been going here for 15 years, but now the drive-thru blocks the street and the in-store line is too long to pick up my Rx. They dont seem to be hiring more help and they dont deliver Rx so Im going to have switch to some other place. Not recommended (unless you go after 10PM).

Actually Fantastic! Here’s why:1) someone helped find exactly what I needed.2) Customer comes in, crowds the person in front of him, and when its his turn, starts asking if he should be wearing a mask, then starts asking if Gov Brown is going to tase him for not wearing a mask. Then asks the cashier if she’s uncomfortable and why she’s uncomfortable. The cashier calmly answers his questions and hands him a mask and he went on his merry way.Props to the cashiers today @ 4:30-5pm for keeping their cool in the face of this lunatic. I wish I filmed it.Also it’s a local pharmacy so I’m not sure what else you can expect to find with regard to a variety of products but the team there right now is amazing!

I went there tonight to get some gas relief for my new born and this was based on the pediatric emergency suggestion, the pharmacist helper asked me to grab anything from the counter and back to consult with the pharmacist, unfortunately he kept saying give me a moment I will be with you shortly and he repeated that many times, I waited about 20 min. And asked: could you please give me two minutes from your time, he replied: I will be with you in a second. I waited 5 minute but it seams he doesn’t care. I left and bought three medications and spent 1 Hour on google checking what’s the safest one!.

Not sure who I spoke to in the pharmacy. But he was super helpful he was able to pull a prescription from another Walgreens and got my prescription for me ready in an hour. He was very friendly and helpful.

This Walgreens has instituted an artificial intelligence voice answering machine, so expect to go through several cycles of pointless computer-initiated questions, trying to give you a pre-programmed response before getting through to a live human. While companies think they may be saving a few pennies by screening phone calls, it shows a complete lack of respect for their customers time. They save their employee 1-minute by not answering my question, but cost me 15 minutes of frustration with their ridiculous computer-automated answering system! Fortunately, I discovered the Rite-Aid right down the road from them has yet to employ such a system, so I went there instead. Giving them two-stars since I do usually pop in Christmas eve to pick up stocking stuffers and last minute gifts.

Our experience was a bit frustrating. We had some scripts transferred there because it was a 24° store. There were insurance issues (we are used to that part) but the lady trying to help us was likely new because she couldn’t figure any of it out. The second tech that helped us was great and knowledgeable. We made the mistake of going through the drive through on a Saturday at 7pm. It appeared that one person was running the window and the drive through. So we waited 45 min for 3 cars ahead of us to go. Understaffing and poor training are our biggest complaints. And we visit Walgreens stores all over the country.

This Walgreens SUCKS. Waited 30 minutes for my pre ordered online order that was labeled as READY. Had to reorder my address labels at the store since they “lost the order”. Waited 20 DANG MINUTES for them to realize their machine was broken. Literally just wasted 30 minutes in a Walgreens 🤢🤢 never again

Terrible customer service! Waited an hour for my medication just to find out they did nothing. This place also does not know how to bill your insurance properly and will give you the run-around. Will never return to this location!

I love that you are 24 hours! You need to make it so people going into the drive thru, are for fast transactions only. That line can be ridiculous!

I have now gone twice, waited in line an obscene amount of time, just for them to say they don’t have my birth control pills that have been sent to them TWICE. The first time I was told it was not eligible for refills and the second time they just said they didn’t have it.But they can easily give me my muscle relaxer prescription. Go figure.Edit: just went a third time & now they just don’t have it in stock.

Waited the twenty minutes they said my prescription would take, took twenty more after that. When I went back to pick it up in the drive through, waited another twenty minutes for the three cars in front of me not to move at all. Normally dont leave reviews but this was pretty frustrating, will wait until later tonight, hopefully they will be caught up by then.

Went in with an express pick up from the pharmacy. Anything but express after close to 15 minutes I was asked what I needed.

I would give this place negative stars if I could. WORST Customer service I have ever received. Ive said it before, and Ill say it again. Had to pick up medication prescription for my sister after she was released from the hospital. We needed their 24-hours service and was able to get the prescription filled within 15 minutes.

I have tried to use this pharmacy for over a year and have not gone without a single time causing serious delays on my asthma medication. I have very good insurance and can barely get meds to breathe. This pharmacy practices seems to be unethical ulmost down right criminal.

My prescription was sent here from Safeway after they failed to have it, or communicate with me that I would have to wait for it. I waited two hours as Safeway took forever to get the script over to them. But they were professional and kind, and patient with me about it. Thanks.

They really need to close this location. The wait time at pharmacy drive through is 30+ minutes and management and staff are not friendly.

I went into pharmacy yesterday for a vaccination, the pharmacist was great, but there was a store manager walking around with his face mask pulled down under his nose, and he was not keeping his distance from the store staff or customers. Inexcusable!!

This pharmacy is the SLOWEST ever!!!!I was seen at their express care clinic, diagnosed with the flu, waited 40 minutes, finally went up to ask if my prescriptions were ready and was told it would be 20 MORE minutes!!Terrible.The provider at express care told me when they see it’s from the clinic they would fill it quickly-if this is quick, I feel bad for people who have to put up with regular wait times!I will never be back. I’ll stick to CVS, thanks.

Ive been shopping here for years, ever since it opened. I refill all of our familys Rx here every month. We shop here regularly. Always had a good experience. Their photo department is great. Their pharmacy has a convenient drive-through and they always have whatever it is we need there. Sometimes lines get a little long up front but they are usually quick to bring up more cashiers when that happens. I love the fact that they are open 24 hours. Thats the main reason I go here for my Rx. Rite Aid and all the others close too early.

After spending years at a Safeway Pharmacy, and leaving consistently upset by the treatment I received (from one individual in particular) and the long lines, I decided it was time to try a new pharmacy. I am SO glad I did. I get a lot of prescriptions and sometimes they are complicated, and in over a year of going to Walgreens I have NEVER had issues. Theyve gotten everything to me quickly. Being open 24 hours a day is so convenient. And the staff are always willing to answer my questions and quickly assist in anything that may not have gone quite right (which rarely happens). Switching was the best choice I could have made!

1st visit pharmacy was very rude because I didnt call in first and they had to prepare them while I waited. I was nothing but polite and my doctor had said they sent it in to be prepared that day. I didnt mind the wait, but didnt appreciate the rudeness. 2nd visit I called in and was told it would be ready in 1 hour. I came in 2 hours later and had to wait an hour for them to be filled because no work had been done to fill them yet.

Its the average Walgreens. The pharmacy staff are great, though. They seem to always be a little faster or more organized than some other locations.

I tried to go to the pharmacy, but they dont accept my insurance. They told me where I could go instead, which was very nice!The rest of the store is clean enough and seems like any other walgreens. The customer service wasnt great, but I was just buying a gum.

Since i have been ordering my medications here it has been very pleasant, its been nice to call and get real person to answers my questions . i am mostly help by Fannie she had help me with my RX problems and initiates and very proactive in helping me over the phone. i once call and got Mark and was breeze helping me and taking his time to help me . Wallgreens must recognized and be very proud to have such dedicated employee that serve their customer. i have to call the supervisor today where i can give the recognition or review. to find out that theres a survey you can fill up and and answer on your reciept that expires 72 hours and willingly i will always pleasantly fill that out.

Absolutely terrible pharmacy. I have a sick pet that needs meds asap, waited a day and was told that the meds would be in the following morning. Heard nothing back from the pharmacy, went in and checked at 4pm and they said it didnt make the shipment and wouldnt be ready until the following day. Absolutely unacceptable. Will steer clear from this place at all costs. Had person after person in line around me that were told their prescriptions would be ready only to have them told to come back in another half hour.Worst Ive ever seen.

The nurse at the clinic at this location, Banke Babalola, is the such a kind and caring person. I’ve seen her a couple of times and each visit was quick and efficient. She is so empathetic as well, and definitely looking for her patient’s best interests.

This is the only location in the area that is open 24/7 which is nice if you have a need for a prescription and/or snack at all hours of the day and night. The location is easy to see from the road.

So glad theyre a 24hr pharmacy. so irritated they seem to be the only one in all of WA county. the pharmacy was fast & friendly, very smooth. unfortunately for me I got the wrong aisle on the way out & a 2lb bag of redvines tripped me & made me buy it & eat the whole thing this weekend... ah good times LOL.

Ive used this pharmacy multiple times with no problems until tonight, when I pulled up to the drive-thru 10 minutes before closing, pushed the call button multiple times, waited, and no one showed up. Because of this I either have to drive 40 minutes to the 24 hour pharmacy to pick up my prescription or go without it for the night. They were not there when I needed them most.I will now be taking my business to Rite-Aids 24-hour pharmacy instead.

Never a good experience at this location. Avoid at all cost. Pharmacists was making fun of people dying and how he was making people wait and that he didnt care because he wasnt the one waiting. Time to transfer!!!

Horrible experience we got discharged from the hospital after a horrible car crash at about 11 PM. We had pain prescriptions we needed filled and and most farmasies where closed so we came here. I dropped of the prescription and this lady was extremely rude and told me it would be 30 minutes till they where ready (understandable) so I told her I would have my fiancee (who was also a victim of the crash) and her family pick them up. So 30 min later they go to pick up the meds. This time it is a guy helping them, he tells them its going to be 80 more minutes. When they ask why so long he proceeds to get angry and answers using his hands I only have 2 of these and pointed at the other staff one of those then pointed at the line and 7 of them and walked away. There was no reason we should have been treated so poorly.

Aside from the major issues Ive had with this place, every time I talk to someone on the phone there, I always feel as though Im being spoken to like a frustrated parent speaks to the child. If not for the fact that Im moving soon and dont want to have to change pharmacies multiple times in a short period of time, I would be changing now. Its like they train folks to be curt and condescending there. Its very clear theyve a management and moral problem.

Lady woudnt give me my pictures because they were professional. They were of me, and my photographer has facebook messages saying it was ok, and knowing i was going to do it. Wasted gas and lady was a bit rude when i told her my friend took them with a professional camera. she was like “everyone has a friend with a professional camera, honey. Still cant give it to you”. They’re pictures of ME and the photographer knows im doing this.

This is my neighborhood Walgreens and I have unfortunately consistently received poor customer service here, even from managers.

Daughter was sent from urgent care to providence express care. Pharmacy said they took her insurance for pharmacy. After waiting 1 1/2 hours they did not take there insurance. They then sent me to another walgreen which informed me everyone take there insurance but walgreen. New insurance this year and all they had to do was direct me to tge right place. Terrible service.

Unreliable employees! Photo center is non-existent because it’s always down.

The store itself is nice but always short staffed at checkout and the employees dont seem to care how long you wait.

This place has saved me more than once in a late night panic. Could use some serious cash register help. Theres a few really slow ones that create long lines quickly but if thats the price for some late night Pepto or energy drink then I guess thats what you gotta do.

The pharmacist and staff were without question reasonable, compassionate, and worked together diligently to solve many customer’s medicinal concerns, including my own.See, I use to go to the 24 hour Walgreens pharmacy in Tigard. For that reason, I am guilty of being impatient with Walgreens pharmacy service in general. I can relate to anyone sitting, waiting for a prescription for nearly two hours. Time and time again I had issues relying on the 24 hr. Walgreens on 99 in Tigard: told 20min. wait times, then 45 min. later told 10 more min. at the most for it to be in reality 30 more min. until I’m released with my prescription, like it was prison. Let me be the one to set the record straight, every location is different in terms of the staff caring for customer health and wellness, as well as quality in generics, and quality care is what Walgreens pharmacy on Murray/Scholls Dr. Is. On the other hand, I dont think its unreasonable to say, Walgreens pharmacy in Tigard is just the opposite, like wearing two left shoes; two 24 pharmacies, same company, but one of them just doesn’t fit like the right one. Save yourself some time and heartache, and go the extra mile to choose Walgreens 24 hour, pharmacy, Beaverton. Just act as though you have never got the run around, hurry up and wait disregards of service like at the other pharmacies. Being courteous, polite, and reasonable will serve you throughout your life in many ways, including here.

I had a basic question for him regarding my meds but he did not finish my question and assumed an answer and was abrupt dismissing me. Went to fill a prescription before a vacation. Guy acted annoyed I was present. He seemed not sober. He pecked slowly and deliberately on the keyboard. All in all he took 15 minutes to tell me insurance servers are down I cant prove your drugs He then proceeded to quote me at about 1,000% of the insurance price. I cant imagine why they have him working the graveyard shift when hes not interacting with the majority of the public.Terrible.

Basic corporate pharmacy with overworked staff and not enough space for them to work efficiently. Lines are long and delays are often the norm.

Wow. I transferred my prescription to this location from another while it was still pending refills from my doctor. The previous location got approval and they never notified the other Walgreens where I transferred it! Adding insult to injury, nobody picks up the phone at the pharmacy and customer service is non-existent. Get ready to be treated like a second class citizen.
