This shop does great work and has great customer service! I purchased a perpetual plaque here 15 years ago and they have been great each year getting a new matching plate. They even provided an exact replacement one year when someone lost the trophy. I didnt know how things would go this year in the pandemic but we emailed back and forth a few times and they were ready when I brought the plaque in and I was on my way in less than five minutes.

Excellent work. Ive ordered from Crown for last several years. All work has been done when promised. Only down side is they do not call when done, you just show up when it was promised.
