We have used Cedar House many times and refer our clients to them all the time. Not only have we had amazing quality and they even correct things we may be off on such as centering etc in OUR design. We produced the Womxns March this year and didnt get graphics for the media until 4pm on a Friday, the owner came in and printed our banners themself so we would have them for Sunday. I wish we could use them for more services. However I highly recommend using them, also theres a great coffee, food carts and a bakery all within a block or two while you wait!

Cedar House has consistently been the most fantastic experience Ive had with any printing service. I design posters and fliers and have orders for them several times a month for several years now, and I always hate it when I have a rush order that has to be done on the weekend because it means I have to go somewhere else. Their prices are better than anywhere Ive been and they always go the extra mile to make sure my prints look perfect. Everyone on staff is always friendly, and Shannon in particular does everything she can to exceed expectations. I have never had an order finished late, and when I screwed up and left an important date off one of my posters, they generously adjusted the price for the reprint. When I wanted to have a special stretched canvas made for my anniversary, Shannon went above and beyond to make sure it would turn out the way I envisioned and rushed the order to completion just in time to surprise my partner. Having paid more for less at the big name printers for years, Cedar House is worth the 20 minute drive from downtown PDX every time.

I recently printed my portfolio at Cedar House Media. Both the quality and price were unbeatable. They printed on several paper types, trimmed the book, and drilled screw-post holes to my specifications with ease. They definitely know what they are doing and I would highly recommend them. Cedar House was well worth the commute from Portland.

Ive been using these guys since they were operating out of a remodeled garage behind the owners house, and the fact that theyve had to expand into bigger quarters twice is evidence that they give great, super fast, personalized service and have a really good product at a really reasonable price. And theyre nice people too. They deserve their success!

They are friendly and helpful. Once, I had a school project that was due in 2 hours. They were able to take my print request and print them out on time. My print order was ready within an hour and 10 minutes after they were close. They took the time to ensure that my order was exactly how I wanted it. I dont recommend anyone to print out their projects at the last minute but these guys did a great job. They really came through and I got more print outs than I needed at a low price.

When I was looking to have some business cards made up for my start-up, I knew I wanted to support a local business and Cedar House had great reviews so I stopped in to see what they had to offer me. To make a long story short, they designed a simple yet elegant card for my business even using a photo of my own that I provided. Prices are very reasonable for printing and design services and Id highly recommend them for anyone needing any kind of print services for their business.

Outstanding! I couldnt be more pleased. I had my family history published and they did an amazing job at an incredibly reasonable price. They were by FAR the cheapest. I would highly recommend them to anyone for any kind of publishing work.

Double, triple check turnaround times with them because it might be different.Ordered double sided UV Gloss cards and turn around as stated on their website and my invoice is between 5-7 business days after proof approval. I following up on the 7th and 10th day and they mentioned its still in production. I finally was told on the 13th business day that these cards are 10-12 business day turnaround.

Inexpensive but crappy quality. Have ordered for Jobs and each job needed to be reprinted. Though they reprinted it for free they could have just done it right the first time.

Two because I assume the other reviewers had some positive experience. I did not.I was referred to Carlos by a friend. When I told Carlos that Xyz had referred me, he made a point to say I dont know her. That is not the way a professional behaves. I think you would agree that Im glad to hear that. would be more effective, as Im planning to let the person who recommended him know what he said.When I said the name of another person who was going to submit files for print, Carlos said the same thing: I dont know him. I talked to the person Carlos said he did not know. That person gave me a personal account of applying for a job at Cedar House. When he asked about the location for planning public transportation to work, they asked, You dont drive? When he said that he used public transportation, they effectively hung up on him. Though it does not relate to print quality, I take this as a consideration.Finally, the process of getting the simple flyer I wanted made seemed like a hassle. Maybe it was just the feeling I got from Carlos though.In the end they did not get my business. While the two friends I mentioned were still working on submitting the press ready files to them, I built a similar pamphlet on a very popular online competitor in a half-hour. Done.Maybe if you are a large client, or it is a different day, your experience will be different than mine was. I sure hope so. I strongly support local businesses. But, when I am treated poorly, I do not react well, as evidenced in this lengthy review. I am obviously not happy with Cedar Hill.

I walked in and 15 minutes later I came out with my book all printed. The lady working there let me reprint due to some issues with page sizing at no extra cost. She printed my book with the printer at the front. Color is okay, not the best for final print, but I think its better than kinko self service printers, although not quite as good as their full service printing, done by the employees. Pricing is a definite plus, as my 16 sheets letter size double sided book only cost 13 bucks. I will come back for sure.

I was referred by a friend who had his business cards designed and printed here. I really liked his card and therefore requested details of where he had it made.Perhaps the poor customer service we received may have been due to the fact that we arrived the premises ~30 minutes to CoB. The gentleman who attended to us (we were there simply to make inquiries regarding the cards on offer and how to place our order) seemed like hed rather be some where else. We selected card samples which we liked with an aim of placing our order online. Apparently, one of the finer cards which wed selected was not available as samples- we were not notified of this a priori. My gross is with the way he firmly relieved me of this card- like i was trying to make off with something valuable.Theres no questioning the quality of work as long as youre willing to pay. However the customer service on the day of my visit was certainly below par.

Do not work with Jordan or Cedar House. Ive done it twice and both times they tried overcharging AFTER work was done. This time it is 4 months after account was paid in full and items shipped, and they auto charged my credit card $650 without approval! Terribly incompetent and dishonest company.
