Was looking for spark plug coil for prius and fuel cleaner, lay at front desk was very helpful and patient.

Teenage kids that work there are lazy, I brought into two things of oil to be recycled, they made me go in the back and dump it out and then wouldn’t let me throw away the containers. Super rude and couldn’t do their job.

Building was pitch black 30 minutes before closing, almost missed it. While looking at the products in side the lights were off for nearly 10 minutes. Randy did inform me they offer no online price matching. Overall: Employees didnt seem to want to be there, it was a difficult shopping experience, cashiers offered poor customer service & lousy customer retention. Wont be back and our independent shops wont be ordering from them anymore either, not with The Zone and Reillys down the way.

Amazing employees! They helped me find a generic mirror that would fit my Prius and let me take it to car to try it before I paid for it. They also carry the large bottles of Ozium, which is the best deodorizer Ive ever used. It works in home and auto!

Went here for some quadbox wrenches. The place is laid out well and everything seemed to be in good order. The price was about right for the wrenches and they came with a lifetime warranty, so that was nice. Everybody was really nice and helpful and wanted to make sure I was finding everything alright.

Staff helped me figure out what was leaking from the back of my wheelchair van. They told me what I needed, did not upcharge or try to sell me more products, and also filled the coolant for me with some sealant stuff. He explained what to do when I get to a mechanic shop. Very happy that I was able to stop there while my van was having issues.

I have had friendly service and they have what I need.

I like that their house brands are carquest parts.

Great store, selection, help. BUT today the employees seem to not understand social distancing for COVID - counter man without mask, employees and customer crowded around me in corner of sales floor. Yikes!

Stopped at the Advanced Auto Parts store# 3366 in Beaverton, OR to get an air filter. Asked the clerk (JE00605222) to show me where it should go in my car. He said the store does not install air filters for the cabin. All I needed was just to see where it goes. He stepped out with me, pointed the finger at some part and said I have to open it and put it there. It was not really clear so I asked again. He suggested going to the place where I changed the oil and ask them to install. I would if they were not 25mi away. They just happened to be out of stock for air filters. Of course, my fault I did not know such a simple thing, but all I asked was just to show me where it goes.Terrible customer service!

Called at 8:54 because they close at 9 and I ran a little late. They said they cannot wait for me. The clerk then hung up on me. I arrived at 9:02 and tapped on the window and made a please gesture to them and they refused me. I already purchased my items online. They could have processed a receipt and had my stuff gathered and ready to go. All they had to do was check my ID and order number and I would have been good to go. 2 employees left the store at 9:04 and i assume closing procedures take more than 4 minutes.

I normally dont leave reviews, but these guys really saved my week! After failed experience at Oreilys and Napa trying to find the correct caliper for my VW Passat, not only these guys had the CORRECT part listed for my model, they actually had it in Stock! Thank you!

This place is calm and helpful. They have the patience to help customers on anything. They install batteries, wipers and do many car test with no charge . They offer good prices for good parts. This place also has a bilingual employee that speaks Spanish. Come get your parts here!

I will avoid this Advance Auto Parts location in particular and the company overall...Im done with them. The worst customer service Ive come up against yet. I tried to return a tool that was missing a vital component and the guy very rudely tried to tell me to go pound sand and implied I was trying to get use out of the tool and then return it. I made it clear that without the missing valve it was totally *unusable* for my application, therefore I didnt use it and that I wasnt leaving without a refund. He reluctantly and coldly did the refund while his coworkers stood to the side staring me down like I was a criminal instead of customer.That is the last money thatll ever be exchanged between me and this soon-to-be-gone location/company. There are 3 better parts stores with friendly and knowledgeable staff on the same intersection, including Autozone, NAPA, and OReillys.

Sold me a battery and now will not take it back without any warning it wasnt returnable. Will never take my business here again. Ps, you can return batteries at pretty much every other auto store.Edit to add: they took it back. With the worst attitude ever. I will still never shop here again. Sticking to oReillys and auto zone when its safe to buy things and return them and nobody gives me grief like their s#!* dont stink.

I get most of my auto needs here, and usually I get a discount. They are always good with helping you if ya need it.

Good but the gymh gave me the wrong oil filter wrench and I ordered 2 gallons of liquid moli oil but they failed to contact me once it arrived saying the number was disconnected. Strange they typed my number in right after my name and still they did not call.

Spent a lot of time with me identifying the right parts necessary to service the bearings on my trailer.
