All they care about is drama between workers, rude, doesn’t wanna help at all, roll eyes if they have to do something, and bad services as is. I would not recommend coming here. Wish google had 0 stars instead!!

Warning warning! Go somewhere else if you dont want to be treated like trash. This pharmacy is terrible. Rude and try to act like the customer is a burden.

Terrible experience, dont waste your time as they are very slow and understaffed.

I scheduled a Covid test online and arrived early. They told me they were short staffed and would try to work me in tomorrow. I drove over an hour for this appointment and dont understand why they couldnt contact me in advance to tell me they couldnt fulfill the appointment. This is very disappointing and frustrating.

Im agreed with others - the place is clean, the staff are friendly. The pharmacy has gone out of their way to help me out more than a few times - checking on my insurance options, getting prescriptions ready quickly because I forgot . . . things like that. Good folks.

Just got off the phone with Jackie. I see some less than stellar ratings for this Walgreens and I can only comment on the service I received - professional, courteous and Jackie went over and above to find, price and hold a medication I needed. Thanks Jackie - you made our day!

Inconsistent prescription service . Telephone poor service, dealing with the pharmacy. Changed phone in prescription status again. If I can get needed meds, now, it will be the last time. Complaints from friends and family members are consistent with mine.Its time to seek another pharmacy.

Very poor pharmacy service. refilled a Wal-itin D 30 day prescription. Got charged for Wal-itin D, when i got home i had Wal-itin in the bag. Very incompetent staff. Avoid this pharmacy.

Just went to the photo center where a young lady was working and there was a customer in front of me. The customer completed her order so then it was my turn well the worker just looked at me didnt say a word and went in the back and sat at the computer working on a order. After 10 minutes of her not coming back I had to say excuse me I need to pick up my order. She replies oh yeah hold on a minute I then had to wait another 5 minutes for her to come up to just hand me the envelope. She didnt greet me or thank me for my service. I think probably the rudest customer service Ive ever experienced.

The staff here, while pleasant, is inattentive almost to the point of ridiculousness. Otherwise, its a Walgreens. Been in one, youve been in them all.

My Husband went to get me Sudafed when I wasn’t feeling well and was greeted by the pharmacy staff with unpleasant attitude. They asked questioned like “why do you need this” “ doesn’t look like you need it” “what are your intentions” we have never bought sudafed or any cold medication behind the counter before and it should obviously show that when they took his ID. When my husband told them it was for his pregnant wife. They told him even though the medication was safe in pregnancy, why would I ever take anything while I’m pregnant anyways and risk the baby. To me that was a very rude question. My OB clearly stated to me it was ok. This made me feel so guilty. She shouldn’t push her beliefs on customers. If the medication is safe to take while pregnant that’s all she needed to say.

Thank you Matt and Ann in the pharmacy for always taking good care of me . So glad I have you both. Best decision I ever did was switching to Walgreens in BeavercreekOther pharmacies have been awful. After I picked up my breathing machine from Matt the first time he welcomed me told me I can switch to Walgreens. They alway have my prescriptions on point there very organized and caring Matt even opened me an awards account and treated me with care and told me about delivery of my prescriptions which im beyond thankful for and will be enrolling soon due to my health. Matt and Ann always welcome me and ask how I doing. I have to say Matt and Ann have been the best pharmacy workers I ever meet in my life there beyond knowledgeable and caring always have a positive attitude. Also, when I call they both know who I am by my name and say hello to me and tell me to have a great week/day/hoilday and to always take care of myself. They tell me what meds I have refills on and whats meds I need a prescription for. Ive only been with Walgreen for about 6 months and Matt and Ann deserves a raise and to be appreciated for their hard work and huge hearts. I will be with Walgreens pharmacy till the day I die because of these 2 wonderful workers.Thank you so muchApril T

Dr. Chinatan Thakker was extremely helpful when I went to the pharmacy to pick up prescription. My insurance company can sometimes be difficult to work with, and I frequently find myself paying for my prescriptions and faxing invoices to my insurance company. However, Dr. Thakker picked up the phone and called the company himself, resolving the issue within minutes. He was helpful and friendly. I was extremely pleased.
