We moved our prescriptions from Kroger to here a month ago. So far we are extremely impressed. Very courteous staff, prescriptions ready within 1 hour of receiving them and if the line is long, it moves quickly.
CVS will get you the fast covid test results. I got mine in just over 24 hours! Rite-aid and Walgreens take much longer.
Olivia, the manager is so rude. Bought a Covid-19 rapid test. The test was defective and she refused to exchange it. I spoke with Ellume, the maker of the test and they confirmed they can be exchanged. It was part of the agreement between CVS and the test maker that they would exchange them if defective. But apparently a manager can refuse any exchange or return for any reason. So now I’m out $40 for a useless test and lost a day of work because I can’t prove A negative test result.
I need to give a special shout-out to John and Scott, the third-shift pharmacists. I am pregnant, and Im always worried Im doing everything right. Thankfully, John and Scott have been there for me throughout this pregnancy whenever I need to call in the middle of the night to ask about certain medicines, vitamins, etc. They have been invaluable to me!Update: My sister has a phobia of needles, but she wanted to get her COVID vaccine. Ben, who I believe is the pharmacy manager, was so beyond patient with my sister. (And trust me, there were a LOT of tears on her end, so patience was difficult to have, but Ben did it!) Another reason why I love this CVS!
Four times they made us go again and promised the medicine is ready to pick up, you go there, they say they dont have it! You should start over, call, ask for refill, call and check and they say yes come by 4pm, going there, they dont have any idea! Everything is nonesense more expensive than other places
I feel torn over CVS trump contributions. I dont understand why they are not providing access to the COVID vaccine. They have always provided timely appointments for a health screening. I find it pleasant to look at their makeup isle.
This particular CVS store in Beavercreek, Ohio is not the best one around, but its better than the ones in Fairborn, Ohio. This particular store was clean, pretty organized and well stocked for the most part. They need more staff to assist customers as the day I was there, there was only 1 or 2 cashiers there, PERIOD!! Lucky for me, the wait was short and the younger lady cashier I had was pleasant enough. Sometimes its hard to leave this store due to its location on the corner of North Fairfield Road and Dayton-Xenia Road in Beavercreek though.
I would give this place zero stars. Hung up on three times trying to get a prescription refilled on file. If they cant take a call, why would you want to trust them with your health?
Just wanted to say thank you to the cvs workers working Christmas! You guys are awesome and made last second Christmas shopping a breeze !
In person service is great, but the automated phone tree is so incredibly obnoxious.
Open 24 hours which fits my schedule unlike any other facility (minus grocery). Always polite and helpful. Ive had issues with other pharmacies that are befuddling. So a welcome relief to have staff that know how to do their job and excede.
Slow dead slow
Extremely slow service. They never have enough workers to meet demand. Lines are long and workers are too busy to answer counter service.
Despite the constantly heavy workload, the staff is always friendly and helpful. Not so the prescription line. I am asked if I want to refill certain prescriptions in their generic name, and at a rapid pace. Before I can check on the first, the recording is always on to the next one. I have complained about this numerous times as I inevitably must talk to the staff as the automated system has failed me. I realize it is not the local stores fault, but I feel it is their responsibility to push this complaint up the CVS management chain. I have been told I am not the only person who has this problem. If the recording could be based on RX number instead of generic multi-syllabic names, it would be easier to follow.
Went there three times to get my prescription filled. Ever time I called or went they have a different excuse why the prescription wasnt ready. Do think its actually a 24 hour pharmacy thats a joke. If its not filled during the day your not going to get at night.
Rude pharmacy staff and had to wait over 20 minutes on the phone line for a prescription status update.
The PA at the minute clinic was flirtatious and not professional at all
Amazing service. Compassionate staff, especially in the pharmacy!
They lost a script for a narcotic that i dropped off for my client. The pharmacist talked to me, but when he researched it, he sent a tech back to talk with me. Would like for my client to get the cvs corp involved because they can view the cameta footage that we were there two times on Friday, once to drop ot off and once to try and pick it up only for them to say it was too soon for it to be filled.
In and out in a fash and the staff was helpful.
Found what I needed quickly, fast checkout.
Terrible unknowledgeable staff. Especially the pharmacy! I have been given the wrong prescription multiple times! As well as being told they had something, only to arrive and be told they didnt and they didnt know of another location that did. I would have to call or visit myself.
Good people.
Steve & Nate were very professional.
The pharmacy is very slow and rude. Take you scripts some where else.I give the 0 stars. Made me wait 45 minutes
The pharmacy at the CVS seems to be particularly slow the pharmacy staff are generally not very friendly
Really friendly staff
