The employees here are so kind and friendly. You genuinely feel welcomed by them instead and the quality of work is fantastic. Definitely recommend them for any occasion!

Girl at counter was rude! She looked annoyed that we came in and ignored us to take care of another customer after us?! I came in for a quick ready made box and she acted like we were an inconvenience. Should have not wasted my money in this store!

In my recent order, the bananas were not fresh. I requested that they be replaced with fresh ones. The lady at the counter was extremely kind and took them back with my request. The young lady in the back was not happy with replacing them because she said they all looked liked the ones in the basket. I told her if they could not find any better ones that I would just cancel the order. She was unprofessional and lacked customer service skills. I’m disappointed and really trying to decide if I will continue ordering from this location. I have been using this location for over 15 years with excellent service and was very taken back by her unprofessional attitude.

Delicious and fresh fruit. Nicer quality than what I can get at the supermarket these days. Only complaint is telephone customer service. There was a mix up with delivery and I didn’t realize it at the time because I was woken up by the knocking after spending all night sitting up with my sick child. Driver was already walking away by the time I got dressed to answer the door. Driver made me yell out my name 3x down to the parking lot to confirm I was the right person. He came back up and was very polite. I checked the tag on the bag and saw my name. Then he double checked the address with me as well. We both confirmed that I was expecting a delivery so he gave it to me and left. I jumped in the shower to wake myself up more. Got my kids showered as well. Then took a look at the delivery and realized the mix up. I received part of my order and somebody else’s. Since it was a birthday package I thought it was for me because it is my birthday which why I ordered for myself. I thought someone else remembered my birthday too. But there was a different name on the additions. So I called back and the girl answering had an attitude. She tells me that I can keep the extras and they’ll just make a new basket for the other recipient. I told her I needed what I payed for plus no one was going to eat these other items anyways. She just puts me on hold. No “can I place you on a brief hold” or anything like that. She just puts me on hold. Then comes back like 5 minutes later and says fine we will make you another one but the delivery will be at whenever we can get to you and we will just leave it on the porch. Like no attempt to take responsibility for their screw up and clearly blaming me for it and punishing me with poor customer service, I’m kinda worried about eating the food now because of the attitude I got. Then she just hung up. She didn’t let me say more than 2 words the whole time. I won’t be ordering from this location in the future

I live in Michigan. It was my granddaughters 21st birthday in Feb so I called here n order cookies n balloons. My daughter and granddaughter were very impressed with what was sent. So now I’m sending cookies n balloons for my grandson. 😁

The Edible Arrangements are amazing! I sent another one this last week and they absolutely LOVED it. I wish they werent so pricey, I would never send flowers again if they were less expensive! I will say they are EXCELLENT quality though. Overall, WONDERFUL!!!

My son bought me an arrangement for Mother’s Day but they came late and were melted and the strawberries were not ripe. Overall they looked terrible and found out they came from a store in Illinois. Talked to the store in Beavercreek and they sent out a new and beautiful arrangement the very next day. So thank you for taking care of the problem so fast so I can enjoy my Mother’s Day gift from my son.

Big shout out to Incredible Edibles in Beavercreek OH. While we were cleaning up debris from the tornados this week, two lively ladies stopped by and handed out free fresh fruit cups for all the workers. It was a refreshing break from the cleanup. Thank you all.

My daughter and I purchased smoothies from here .....They were SO good . Mine was the mocha almond ( wont disappoint) and my daughters was banana pinapple. We also purchased a box of dozen chocolate dipped strawberries as a gift .I wish they had more options available for immediate purchase.

I placed an order 2 hours in advance asking for a small fruit basket. Upon arriving to the store 15 minutes after my order was scheduled to be picked up they claimed to have not received a ticket. after searching for my order they found my ticket and took 15 minutes to make my order. very displeased with the customer service.

Called in and placed an order for my wife’s birthday. Staff was extremely helpful and polite. Later that day I received a message from my wife and kids telling me how great it tasted. I will be going back to them for all my special occasions!

I buy one of the fruit baskets at least once a year. The fruit is fresh and the delivery is always on time.

I have called this location several times last week and tried to place an order but there was always a we need to 30 minutes to get your order together and all I request is 4 pineapple fruit cups. Today I decided to stop in since I had additional time spare after calling first and no one answered however the young lady took my order and said it would possibly take 30 minutes I said ok, left walked there plaza returned and the young lady said Im sorry but someone else came in and I had to help her decide what she wanted so I couldnt start on your order and I need another 30 minutes. So with that being said I left empty handed because I do work and needed to be on time. They need more staff and a better way of handling task.

Very expensive but delicious. Went there and they were not busy so we got stuck waiting 20 mins for 12 chocolate dipped fruits. 6 apples and 6 strawberries. Wasnt very impressed with the size of some of the strawberries as they were smaller than the ones i can buy at the store. The woman working was very kind and apologetic for the wait.

Purchased one dozen Mother’s Day strawberries for $50. First two out of the box were partially rotten and mushy. Not what I expected for the price.
