I wish this store was bigger, I could barely fit down the aisles or to let anyone pass me with my stroller, there were ladders in 2 spots, some shelves completely empty, it was difficult to know prices and the store didnt seem to have a price check point? Great shop for most gifts just time consuming getting around it.

Excellent service from the assistant manager who took 10 to 15 minutes helping me sign-up for the 20% discount plan. Very helpful despite being pulled in multiple directions!

Did not realize this store was closing, very sad, bare bones. I drove to this store-because it was indicated online that you had a certain coffee. Of course you had NO coffee.But I did find some good buys @ Home Goods and wouldnt have stopped otherwise.

I know why they are closing this location. The girls that were here working were not helpful and literally did nothing to help us at all. We ended up leaving everything we were gonna buy in both of our carts and walked out due to the lack of help.

Very very helpful staff, friendly, organized. Placed a special order and was given a nice sale price then mailed free to our home. I wish Springfield still had theirs.

I like this store. Even though the name doesnt reflect it they have a great selection of just about anything you need for your kitchen. They have a large selection of varieties and some unique items as well.

I didnt find what I wanted to purchase but I did end up getting a new Tempurpedic pillow(replacing the one I bought from Bed Bath & Beyong 20 years ago) plus a cute dishtowel.The store seems smaller than last I was in.

Staff were very attentive to customers, wait time was short. Package was ready when I arrived.

Had plenty of product, some of which was not priced. Hard to find help in the store. The store was clean and well lit.

I absolutely love how they reorganized the whole store. It always felt like a confusing wonderland before, but now its an OCD afflicted dream! The store was clean and the staff was incredibly accommodating. I had a coupon and they allowed me to use it one day past expiration, along with doing an Amazon price match on a different item within the same transaction. I was pleased and will most definitely be coming to this location again.

First time in the store. Very wide variety of stuff and cashier was super friendly. Prices werent bad either. Store was a little out of sorts due to the holiday season and sections were a bit tight and crowded, but otherwise enjoyed.

Picked over in the bedding portion. Lots there if you own a King. Nice folks offered to help. More so felt like they are pressured to follow people. Kind of sad. Went in for bed set for a newly purchased full size mattress ...left and bought off Amazon.

Manager interfered with a completed return. Took my receipt (for heavens sake) to return my merchandise another way. I have been waiting thirty minutes while he is fumbling his way through it. Said I could have done it at home, but website didnt work. Customer service said to bring it here, it would be quicker . Ha! This is ridiculous. Yes, another ten minutes and Im still standing here waiting.

Friendly service, clean store and wide selection! They almost always have what Im looking for. Prices can be a little hire than other places, but their coupons help. Would never buy anything there without the coupon though - would be cheaper elsewhere.

Went there to buy a new Ugg comforter. Asked the sales person if they had any left because they were sold out. She said would check the other stores. After about 20 minutes I went to look for her. She was at the entrance and I asked what the verdict was. She said they were sold out. I asked why she never got back with me and she informed me that she had thousand of customers and didnt have time for me. I went on to explain that thats not the way to handle this situation. She then rudely said Im done with you and mumbled a rude comment under her breath and walked away. As she walked away I asked her what her name was as I was going to complain. She glared at me and said she was calling the police. I was in total disbelief. I sorta laughed and went back to get my wife and we left. No manager was there for me to complain. Also went to the Beavercreek store and found the item that she told me was not in stock. Completely shocked by her reaction and professionalism. Will never go back to the wilmington pike location. I would also recommend she no longer work in retail. Awful and humiliating experience. She yelled at me in front of customers.

They have been so so helpful every time I have been in. I have been working on my bridal registry and had alot of questions. When I am there to make purchases, they are always more than happy to help and always go above and beyond for me. I love this location!

Another miss from the same location! Today we were approaching the desk to check out as Hayley walked away carrying things to the stock room. Instead of coming back, or calling out that shed be back or send someone, she just kept walking. The line was up to five people by the time she returned (all the other cash registers were empty) but she never apologized, or thanked us for our patience. Further, she spoke in such a quiet voice that both my husband and myself had to ask her to repeat herself (one time she just ignored the request!). To be honest, she just seemed out of it!Management really needs to look into this store! This is not the first time that weve completely circled the store looking for an item and never seeing an employee who might direct us.Ive been a BB&B customer for many, many years but my recent experiences have made me want to stick to ordering online from Amazon!

Didnt have specialty kitchen item, silicone pie pan ring, but they have a lot of fad items of lower quality: $10 nanny cams, air fryer dejour, steel wine carafe. All the wrapping service was bridal related. Place seemed low quality.

Good quality items, but trying to maneuver a cart through this store when its busy is not fun since everything is so tightly packed. Not much room to move if people are by you.

We went here to buy new Towels and wash cloths, plus we saw a few other things to buy. Good location.

Stopped in there to use the restroom, when i saw it,and after i used it because i had to,felt like i had to rush home and sanitize my ass! No soap,bowls were filthy,floor was also. Felt the need to report the place to the health dept. !

First we were approached almost upon entry, which I hate. Then we were told that they didnt have something that I had already verified that they had online, strike 2. Strike 3 was a combination of finding the item one aisle from where we had been asked what were we looking for and finding a whole display of items that were broken. Not like someone came in and broke them, like they came from the backroom in non working order. I kept my money on this visit.

Picked up a great mattress topper, and with the coupon it was a good price!

The drinks are usually good here, just not always consistent. It is a great place to study or hangout though!

It was super crowded. Baskets too big to go thru most side aisles. Lines too long. Tis the season to be jolly lol. I did not purchase anything but I did find what I wanted :)

I find Bed Bath & Beyond to be VERY crowded and very difficult to find anything. Everything is tucked into nooks and crannies that make determining if something is in stock difficult and the amount of items EVERYWHERE make it hard to find what you are looking for.

The manager on duty Shannon was rude and not helpful . Would not allow me to exchange an item. Corporate even said it wasnt handled properly. Will NEVER shop at this location again. 10 yr customer lost
