Terrible communication. Would not recommend. We had a service guy come out 4 weeks ago and was told he couldn’t finish fixing our appliance cuz he had to order in an extra part. We called 5 or 6 times and left messages every time and just now heard back. After 4 weeks of waiting they just now told us our missing part is no longer available.

Experience was not good. Company sent a repairman out to fix my built in microwave. He fixed it and charged me approximately $160. The next day the built in microwave stopped working, as well as the built in oven below it stopped working. The owner gave my wife a very difficult time on the phone and said he could not send someone out for a week to look at it because the repairman went on vacation. So we were expected to live without a microwave or oven for a week. I called Logan Appliance and they came out the next day. All they did was turn the circuit breaker off and then back on. Both the microwave and oven now work, six days earlier than waiting for Beavercreek Appliance. It cost me $82 to learn that lesson of resetting the breaker even if it shows it is on. Instead of giving us a hard time, it would have been nice if the owner of Beavercreek Appliances could have suggested doing this or asked one of his repairman for any suggestions. I recommend you not do business with Beavercreek Appliance. Logan Appliance was significantly more responsive.

Prompt service, polite servicemen and repaired our 20 year old oven. Very happy with their service.

This place is quick and efficient!!! I called about my dryer and they came out the next day. It took less than a week to get the part and replace it. My dryer was up and running just in time for my weekly laundry. I now have a reliable repair company I can go to without any worry!!!

I called them about 2-3 weeks ago. No one ever return my phone call. No one never came so I can not rake the store.

We dropped off our microwave for repair and almost a month later called to check on it. I was told we needed to purchase the parts for repair (which we already had done) and they were confused about that key factor. Then the icing was “we really just don’t have the time”. Off to Logan’s for us, because they surprising as a business have the time.

These guys were superb! They went above and beyond to repair my oven when another repair service could/would not, and they were less expensive also. I especially recommend Adam. He personally did research to find out the solution to my problem and fixed it. Awesome! (Scheduler may not be the best - but worth working through).

I highly recommend Beavercreek Appliance! They have experienced technicians and provide a quick turnaround when you need it. Jessie has completely rebuilt my 20 year old Sub Zero refrigerator, saving us not only the expense of a new refrigerator, but a possible renovation because it is built into our cabinets. Today Jessie retrofitted my Dacor 48” range (also 20 years old) with a new glass insert for the door of the small oven, even though Beavercreek Appliance does not typically support Dacor products. Dacor had told us that the replacement glass insert was no longer available, which left me with one oven, or a new 48” range which would cost over $10,000 today! We ordered the heat proof glass and Jessie took the door apart, and carefully replaced the glass. It looks brand new! So I now have my 2 ovens back and could not be happier! Thank you Beavercreek Appliance, and especially Jessie!

Amazing first time experience with Beavercreek Appliance. Wow. The repairman that came to the house called first and I was able to meet him, get the repair done and get back to work fast. A+ service.
