I needed to take my 08 Pathfinder in for a brake controller and upgrade from a 4 to 7 pin connector. They quoted me a price less than what I could buy the parts for so I made an appointment. Dropped it off after hours and when I called to make sure they had my keys, it was already on the lift being worked on. Less than 2 hours later I received a call that it was done and ready to go. Unbelievable customer service ! I actually left a voice mail off hours and they next day they were open they promptly called back secured the B & W hitch for me. I had a leveling kit installed on my truck by Meiters on route 65. It wasnt even 8 months ago and my tires are wearing really bad on the outside. I called them to try and give them a chance to resolve the issue. They said theyd call the shop who did the alignment to see if there was any kind of a guarantee on the alignment. They never called me back. So I took my truck to Benders in Beaver falls and had them do an alignment on it. They found that the toe was off and probably wasnt done right. I called Meiters and told them what they found and offered to show them the alignment papers. Meiters said they would call me back and never returned a call.....Ill never take another vehicle to them again!!! They shouldve stood behind their work!!!

Horrible service! Stole money from my grandmother for services that she never asked for and wouldnt give her key to her without paying an outrageous amount of money. Called to talk to the owner, didnt get a call back for 2 weeks, was very rude on the phone and hung up on me, and basically told me oh well to bad. Would never recommend anyone to ever take a vehicle there. Horrible horrible experience!!!!
