This is the first time Ive been in an accident and Im super happy with the job that was done to fix my vehicle. They were patient, understanding, kind and courteous. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs body work done on their vehicle.

They keep your car longer than necessary. They say the insurance company only let them work on your car so many hours a day That is not true! I called my insurance and they say they dont do that! Unless you have free rental it doesnt matter!

Absolutely the best body shop I have ever dealt with. The communication from John was great. My car hit a deer and they made it like new again. My insurance company was happy when I told them I want to go to Beaver County Collision. Thank you guys! I am a customer forever.

After seeing mostly positive reviews I chose Beaver CO. Collision for my repairs, but after insisting on only new OEM parts be used for my repair I was told that it was policy of the insurance company to only use used/aftermarket parts which after talking to my insurance company is simply not true, all they had to do was submit a request to the insurance company stating such and it would have been taken care of. After also stating that I, or anyone else for that matter, could get the same parts for considerably less than the full retail price they are charging and that I would even pay the difference to get new parts they straight up said they didnt want to do business with me at all. What decent business does that? Right, none. The estimator started out great, is indeed knowledgeable, but turned out to be cocky and argumentative and didnt even make an attempt to work with me. I still think they are likely a reputable shop, my experience was just sub par to say the least.

Deer hit our van, really jacked it up. These guys fixed it like it never happened. Kept us apprised of what was happening and beat their own timeline in fixing our van. Would recommend these guys to anyone...top notch body shop.

Was told by the receptionist that made my appointment they hey did rust repairs. I specifically asked if they did rust repairs. Showed up at 0800 for my appointment only for them to respectfully tell me they no longer do rust repairs. A body shop in Western PA that doesnt do rust repairs? It would probably be wise to let your reception staff know this so you dont waste the time of any more potential customers. Took a day off from work for nothing...

This is THE place to go in the Beaver Falls area for body work or detailing! These guys dont play around.. They are the best in the business, hands down!

Horrible business ethics! I am sure they do great auto body work; but I never took the time to found out based on how inconsiderate and rude they were over the phone. I dont know how they will ever get return customers if they treat them the way I was treated?! I would not recommend them to anybody unless you are a masochist and enjoy being treated rudely and not very important! Sorry about this review, however I believe it is the only way you will learn to treat your customers with more respect! I never had them do any auto body work, so again I cannot attest to that; but I did call in and after what seemed like an eternity on hold, try to see if we could do business together...so in advance I am letting you know I will not take this review down because the good people of Beaver Falls deserve to know the truth!

In reply to Mr. Drakes comment,I actually work at The Beaver County Collision and Detail Center and have been there for about two years now. Reading your comment was quite shocking to me and I do apologize that you were not happy with your experience over the phone. I can not imagine any of the people I work with being so rude to any customer! We all try to excel in our customer service and we usually go above and beyond to do so. I am one of the main phone operators and I can tell you that while a customer is on hold our telephone will alert us by beeping after 2 minutes. When I hear this beep I usually inform the customer on hold that I can transfer them to someones voicemail or place them back on hold if they would like. I myself hate being on hold for too long so I do try to keep that in consideration when I have someone on the line. I can also say that if you were on hold for too long it may have been because whom ever you were speaking with was trying to find the appropriate person to answer your questions and simply could not track them down. In any case we are in the business of fixing vehicles and we all try our best to accommodate our customers through out their entire process with us. We understand how frustrating being in an accident and dealing with insurance companies is and we like to make that process a little easier. I believe that even when I no longer work for this company that I will always go back to them when in an accident, not only because of their service but because I know they operate from their hearts.

Used this shop to repair car after minor wreck and had them detail the car. The guy I delt with was very nice and didnt treat me like a stupid female. I also had the car detailed while it was there. It was finished before expected and between the repair work and the detailing the car looked show room new.

Cheap, good after work for a late dinner

Had work done 2yrs ago and my inspection there. Did a grand job then, Now however I took my car in had high miles and someone clipped my bumper it also needed inspection. I got a call the next day from a salesmen affiliated with the shop through Beaver county automall. I went to look he picked me up at the drop off of the car. Didnt get anything that day as was waiting for auto loan. It came through but the next day my car suddenly didnt pass due to light on in dash that was on since I purchased it. They passed it at same place 2 times with light on. Now that I was thinking of buying and left the first day they seemed to be pursuading me. Not only that when I got it back the bumper job was not as good as the work I had in past. Very very dissatisfied and wouldnt go back. If I post this and they make it right I will consider the latter and rewrite this review. I wont go to the automall. I was also quoted very high price to fix the car to pass inspection. I got all the work done elswhere in Ellwood city at Sunoco for less than half of what they quoted. I have papers to prove it.

My car has been in there shop for almost a month and they would give me a set date when it was done then kept pushing it back and back. Now they said it would be done today at 12:30 for sure and I go there and now there telling me its going to be another 2 hours before its done bc the door isnt working still. I took my rental back yesterday bc they told me it would be done today and its not . I have 3 children 2 of them in school and now I dont have my car bc there not done with it. Get ur dates right and make sure its accurate. I will never go back there once my car is done
