They made the experience so easy, communicated along the way and even detailed my car when it was all done.My first instance was painless. They did an impeccable job at letting me know the status of my vehicle. I was even able to return my rental to them. My car was beautiful, inside and out!Then we had the ever so dreaded experience of hitting a deer, driving on the way home from vacation, having to leave my car 600 miles away to be repaired in Indiana. When I went to pick it up, the repairs were done so poorly, paint runs, brackets missing, the windsheild washer fluid wasnt hooked up, I even had a flat tire.
