Amazing customer service Todd always makes sure we have what we need. And if they dont have it then he offers to order it for us. He reminds us that if they dont have it in store that they do/dont have it on there website. Thank you so much Todd for the great customer service we really appreciate it alot. GameStop is our choice of place to go for video games.

T R A S H. The SHIFT MANAGER sold me a used PS4 and told me it was brand new. So of course I had to buy it for full price even though I was under the impression that this was a new console. I moved it to a different location in my house ONCE and one pin from the HDMI port snapped. I took it to a trusted friend to get it cleaned and maybe try to fix it myself because theres no way I was gonna come back to this Gamestop to get it fixed. Sony warrantees, and a ton of screws were missing from the inside. Garbage employees. Garbage consoles.

Take the extra drive and go to another GameStop if you want good service. The limited/special editions of anything are presumably held by the employees as theyre never made available to customers in addition to having the BARE minimum a game store could have. I will drive to Madison, Fond Du Lac, Portage or Hartford before stepping foot in the Beaver Dam store again after countless letdowns.

It is a basic GameStop go in and you can either buy a new game or a used game for $5 less than a new game I wouldnt recommend trading your games in here unless youre prepared to take a heavy loss and what you paid for them especially if youre trading them in pretty close to release date you only going about 20 to $25 usually they do run some promotions that are worthwhile other than that just a basic GameStop

Theres a great selection of merch and the staff are friendly and really helpful.

Horrible place. Staff has no clue about the games. They will mislead customers and lie just to not have to work. Then when they are called out and told no actually that game is available for this game system, its even on game stop website Joshua supposedly supervisor says sorry you feel that way . That doesnt even make sense fact: you lied about the game not a feeling. So needless to say when I inform my fifteen year old why I didnt get it I have to include the son I know you are right but some people in the world have a problem working we will go elsewhere since this is not the first time the quote unquote manager didnt know a nickel from a quarter.

When I first moved in the area 3 years ago this Gamestop was horrible. Its a complete 360 now. I love going there for my games and anything I need game related. The staff are all very good with answering any questions I have.

Needs rearrangement make over allow smoking and hookahs chill area . Stock computer products payment options points for purchasing toward 0 down purchase from them toward payments on laptops laptops 360 points pays in full . I got other great ideas

Doesnt take checks and no signs alerting customers of this fact. Used games are scratched and overpriced. Wal mart across the mall is cheaper on new ones and they accept any payment method. Wont get any of my business again.
