Extremely friendly owner. One of few places in area that sells Yu gi Oh or Pokemon singles. Has a stamp program that leads to nice discount. It encourages people to keep coming back. Rarely ever do I leave dissappointed.

Jim & Jason are amazingly helpful! I know little of gaming, but they took time and figured out what would be best for the gift I wanted to buy. They even went inexpensive and convenient for me instead of the obvious money makers they could have gotten for themselves. People coming in were all treated as I was. No exceptions, respect to all!

Fair pricing on items sold, some willingness to negotiate, I believe more so if you buy multiple items. Staff member was knowledgeable in the video game platforms I discussed with him. 4 star for overall customer service quality, I had to go to the back of the store to find the associate then ask my question to him. Minor mark but still important to me.

They sold me resealed nintendo 64 games and claimed they are new. Also one of the guys there was super friendly but the other was a giant tool. I shouldnt have bought anything from them based on the one guys attitude alone. The items I did buy were a TOTAL SCAM.

Good selection of games and items, however, I purchased a copy of Battlefield 4 for Xbox 360 for a very good price, but it ended up being a disc 2 so the game was unplayable. I find it odd that it wasnt caught at the front desk given they opened the case to verify the game was in there. Just be careful to check that you are getting what you are buying with used games.

Great selection of items. My only complaint is the place is very unorganized. Its almost like a storage locker, With stuff just kinda placed where it can fit. I remember looking at action figures that were stacked on top of dvds. If this place was organized, This would be fantastic.
