The service and parts departments are the best in the area; anywhere for that matter. I am a difficult customer when it comes to auto repair. Brad and his team have always treated me fairly, gone the extra mile, and listened to the concerns and suggestions given at the time the vehicle is dropped off. Highly recommend!

Had a fuel pump replaced by Lidtke Motors, and they WOULD NOT HONOR my Ford extended warranty, thats not very good business to me or anyone else that has that WARRENTY. Buyer Beware of their practices, they never did the research on the warranty like they should have done !

We recently purchased a used Ford Expedition from Lidke. Eric who I spoke to on the phone was great, and took us on a test drive. He was very knowledgeable and personable. Tim is the manager and who we worked numbers with. He was very nice and we got close to where we wanted to be. We drove 5 hours to look at this vehicle because of the features it had. The only complaint we had was he paperwork was slow. We were not financing through them so it should have been faster. But please don’t let this persuade you from not coming in.

Heres the straight dope on Lidtke: They arent going to screw you. They will fix the problem and wont try to upsell you. Ive been taking my cars there for years now. Wont take them anywhere else. Fast service, loaners, even free coffee. What more do you want?

I had some body work done on my Ford F-150 after my accident and I would highly recommend Lidtke Motors. They did an outstanding job and very pleased. John was great to work with and very personable. Great job guys. Hopefully I never have to use you again but if I do I know where to go.
