I came in with a check engine light. Got a diagnosis and potential issue. They want to make 100 percent sure its the right issue before starting work. Which is nice. will be going back to get it fixed.

Extremley unprofessional and dishonest about damaging a valve stem. Found it being held together with 3 zip ties when I took it to another shop to have it repaired. Spend your money anywhere else.

The mark of a good mechanic is a busy schedule. While there is often a wait for a vehicle to be seen they do an excellent job and will work with you to ensure the best result. I have multiple vehicles worked on here for various issues some quite complicated.

It is Wisconsin State Law that before Auto Mechanics repair your vehicle that they give you a repair order describing the repairs that are going to be done and the costs. And no unauthorized repairs are allowed.You can find this on the website .... Department of Agriculture Trade and Consumer Protection.This repair shop doesnt give you a repair order before they repair your car and then overcharge you. And they like to cause issues so that things quit working so you come back to them and have to spend more money. BEWARE STAY AWAY ! ! !

Nice people, price a bit high and took a long time to fix like 6 months, and didnt fix all the thing I ask, also when I picked up air,fan,defrost arent working now. They said it must of froze and said they could order a new one,dont you think they would of checked be4 they said it was done.Also took truck there got back and it shut of when I pulled in my shed, I call, ask them what was gone on, they said oh, theres another problem that they can fix,why didnt they fix it when I had it towed in cause it wouldnt start. Or why dont they tell you if they no theres a another think that needs to be fixed.So no i dont think ill go back,dont realy trust any more.
