I cannot say one thing bad about Gerber in Beaver Dam. I received updates on the status of my repairs and it even got done sooner then expected which I know especially right now that is hard to do at car shops! Looked great! Staff super nice! Amazing!!!! Thank you guys so much!

Gerber is very professional. I hit a deer with my Honda CRV at 65 mph. And after it was fixed, you could never tell it was in an accident.

I was very impressed with Gates in beaver dam. I have a one year old and he eats in my back seat so when I dropped my car off to get the body repaired, my whole back seat was messy with snacks from my kid. It was a big surprise to me when I picked my car up and saw that they cleaned not only the outside of my car but also vacuumed the whole inside. And staff was very friendly and had lots of patience to explain everything to me very well. I recommend them to everyone.

Very impressed with the friendly and courteous staff, as well as quick service. Received updates multiple times, which was very much appreciated. Also enjoyed getting my vehicle back clean on the inside and outside.

I dont know how to evaluate value as my insurance covered most of the cost, but service was swift, and my van looks like new! (Hit a deer, or rather the deer ran into my van!)

Brought my vehicle in to get fixed, I didnt have rental coverage on my insurance but Gates gives you a free rental if they fix your car. They always kept in contact with me giving me updates on where my vehicle was in the repair process. The staff was very nice and friendly. I couldnt have asked for a better experience while getting my car fixed!

They had some girl just chowing down on her homemade burrito right there at the front counter. She really wanted to finish it but I really wanted to get out and continue my day. So after grabbing another bite she then just threw out a random reason why I was there. I then replied nooo you have my vehicle and I need to get my stuff out. She couldnt find the info. After finding someone else, they finally got me out of there. They are a clean facility, but poor people skills.... probably never going back. (If I have the choice)
