Today may 31 I went into the establishment looking at backpacks while my brother and His wife was shopping. The manager at the cash register was so rude and uninviting that it made it unpleasant to shop. I don’t know her name but I refuse to shop at this champs again. Management need to pick better managers with better customer service. I’ll like to sit down with the owner and her to get a better understanding of what troubled her.

Not only does the store have a great shoe selection, I was greeted immediately by several employees who made me feel at home, asking all the right questions about why I was stopping in. They were all very attentive and willing to help me find what I was looking for and provided feedback into my purchases. My experience here has made me confident I came to the right shoe store and I will definitely be back!

No store compare, except bringback the college team shirts and apparels. Thats what separated Champs, only bad part feel like youre turning into four locker. Please Champs, if you do that more sells. I used to come every week for my tar heels, now I dont. Got my Derek Jeter shirts.
