This company changes its name every couple years to avoid the bad press they get. They are by far the worst human beings I’ve every seen. They will lie cheat and steal from you. They use old tricks to get the cars running good for a short test drive. Then your pay and the car breaks. I bought a 2007 mustang looked good ran good for about 2 weeks. Then the transmission went out. Once I dropped the transmission and opened it I saw they they used stop leak and homemade rtv gasket maker . So they knew it was bad.

Bought car yesterday and headlights ain’t work windshield wipers ain’t work, and want work with us the give another car, ac compressor no ever in car, PLEASE do not go to that car lot.

I went here in during Covid July 2020. I put $1000 down on car. I drove it home which was about a mile. The car never started again. I had not been gone 15 mins from buying it, called Frank and he said he was sending someone to come change the battery. Of course no one ever showed up. I continued calling for next couple weeks only to be put on hold and no one came to the phone. I went up there and spoke with Frank and his response was We are not AAA. My question was why did did you say you were coming to fix it and never did. In the meantime, i had even put a new battery in it...which he claimed was the problem. They did call me 2 other times and said they were coming that day and never showed up. After a month ...I paid to have it towed back. This bun head Frank is a foul human being.Its especially disheartening that anyone would deem that cess pool of a gas station a suitable place of business for customers and their own employees. The place is rancid and disgusting.

Got a car from here, didnt even make it home. I turned around and tried to take it back they said they were closing and to bring it by the next day, I did they kept it for 3 days working on it .. when I finally go to pick it up nothing is fixed... They repod it the very next day... Complete crooks. Dont waste your time or hard earned money at this place... They need to be shut down.

One star aint even good enough for these crooks. just bought a car not even a week ago and already had to replace the battery might have to replace alternator because the battery was bad had to replace the air compressor for the ac and have to replace the power steering lines would not recommend to anybody

VERY unprofessional! From what I gathered its a brother and sister who run this business. I ALWAYS make my payments at minimum 1 day in advance I have NEVER paid on the day it was due or ever been late! I pay weeks in advance more than i dont! I was 1 day late they called naturally go to pay and they didnt wanna accept my form of payment. Ok well when the man calls me hes extremely rude! He precedes to tell me that and i quote you cant just with hold payment because you dont have it. You can just tell me when your gonna pay and how your gonna pay. Your pay when I want you to pay I said sir Im not with holding payments. I have the money Im just asking you to.work with me because I had the money I just couldnt provide it in a cash or money order. And he then says well we tried working with you Im sending it collections and hangs up while I was talking. So.i call back and I told him he has no right to treat me like I never make payments that I always make my payments a week in advance and that fool had the nerve to tell me no you dont Im looking at your payment history now your not about to steal my money! This right here is exactly the reason I keep EVERY SINGLE RECEIPT! he straight lied! Then his sister calls 30 mins later and she says she has no idea what Im talking about or who Im talking about! If that man didnt work with her then how did he know I was 1 day late? THESE PEOPLE WILL TRY TO STEAL YOUR MONEY! KEEP YOUR RECEIPT.

I wouldn’t get a car them every again. The car is good for the test drive but after that it a P.O.S. You late seven days they come and repo it. The employees are rude like it my Fault they are working there

My experience there waa HORRIBLE. I brought a car from there on March 20, 2020 and it broke down March 21, 2020. They said there was nothing they could do....PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM THEY ARE NOT RIGHT AT ALL

One star is too much for this company. Do not buy anything from them. A family friend of mine bought a car and the next day it did not work. They are complete frauds and have no intention of making things right. They assume people will not pursue their grievances and get as much money out of them that they can. If you have had a problem, file a complaint with the Consumer Division with the Texas Attorney Generals office.

Extremely unprofessional. It says here, they speak spanish, I called asking for someone speaking spanish for my brother in law (who purchased his car from these people) and the lady very rudely on the phone told me NO, we speak English here, what do you need? Proceeding to tell me my brother in law had to pay X amount immediately (mind you Im not an authorized person on his account to receive that kind of information) plus her tone of voice was rude and unprofessional. Look somewhere else
