I have never been treated so badly at a car dealership. I was sold a vehicle that had not been checked out. I paid it off, cant the the info to get my refund on the GAP insurance policy I paid 549.00 for and the dealership doesnt seem to have the title. Who sells a car without having the title?? Mike Smith! Im furious and I really dont know what to do about the title. If this ever gets fixed, I will NEVER be back. Ever!

Worse experience ever!! The sales manager at mike smith Benz today!! Ant even counter offer! His s550 Benz 97000 used he ask for 39000 and the nada was 33.600 I offered cash he said no 39000 ! Really what bank go finance a 39000 Benz with 97000 miles!! No Pictionary go pay 39000 for a used Benz!! I guess he like starting at it when he go to work!!Unbelievable!! And to add insult he refuse to give ma a appraisal on at 2013 gts with carbon fiber!!! I guess he fill a 2014 Benz is worth setting on the lot past 30 days and costing the company extra taxes! Than selling !! Think he was upset because I did my home work on his unit !! And didn’t bend over fast enough!! Never doing business there again!!! Had yo be because I was blk!! Under state of emergency he towed my truck when it was only 10 days late no notice nothing just showed up and towed my truck while we are under state of emergency and I’m the only one trying to work and feed my 3 kids and pay bills all by myself. I offered to pay him over the phone so I could still go to work he declined it don’t recommend him to anyone...

I had an 8:30AM appointment for A1 Service! Kristy had a loaner car for me, she asked if I wanted certain services, and they washed and detailed my car for free.I took my Yorkie to the vet, and when I returned it was ready! Nothing extra was added to my bill! I was very pleased!

Corlas is great! Shes ez to talk to and can find want your want. She set me up on lease wit honda lease. They use solar specialities for thier tent - over priced. $250. I got the same done on my 4 Dr Civic for 80$ with Specs Tint on College.4580 miles later I dropped in for oil change and tire rotation. Free. Ashley needs personality, but Kathy was great. Id called before and asked if I could drop in, it was Cathy I spoke with. But she was at lunch when I went some months later. Ashely acted like it was a pain in her a$$ to have a drop in when they werent busy at all. And the sad thing, I actually know her brother and hes a sweet heart. She needs to put her nose down, its stuck up in the air to far and shes not all that. I tested her knowledge with a question and she just wanted to make an appointment. She doesnt know her stuff by the way it appears in my opinion.
