If I had to pick between any Hardware store in the area it would be here. This hardware store in particular is more of a detailed custom store to fix things rather than throwing them out and buying new ones. I’ve received more help from this store than any in the area and am a repeat customer. The people that work there are great and knowledgeable about every department. Highly recommend this store to anyone that loves their home. Thank you

I found the best place in town to get paint for my house and its here at Beaumont Hardware. They had a complete selection of everything I needed from paint to brushes to primer and all the prep things we needed to make our renovation go perfectly. This hardware store has everything you need for your home improvement repairs and renovations you need for your home. The people are friendly and happy to help. Check them out and Im sure youll agree theyre the only hardware store youre ever going to need.

So glad we found this place! They have everything you can ever imagine wanting to buy in a hardware store and then even more! Great help in all areas, only we didnt make it out to the lumber area. Thats for next weeks visit. Dont mind driving through Lambs Canyon to get there as its the best shopping experience and if they dont have it in store, they can help you order it.Thanks for reminding me what a shopping experience should be like!

I would rather get supplies here over the other home stores. Staff is always helpful and friendly.I like not needing to buy 100 screws to get the one I need.

Good selection, quality tools knowledgeable and friendly I want to promote local businesses this business is easy to come back to without justification of it being more of a small local business. They have what I am looking for from a wire reel to a scythe I found it there were otherwise I’d have to order online. Give them your business and Im sure you’ll see why its a genuine atmosphere and go to for good quality tools and much more. Hello friends, I walked in the store straight to the back to get screws it was a gentleman and young lady they both helped me out. To what looking for some bolts or screws for my handle latch for my VW.bug 54. You guys were a big help thank you. I really like that sometimes you go to a hardware store and the people dont want to help you out. But this place was a place I felt warm . I got a good vibe from this place 🤗👍 thanks guys.

Never a bad experience there. Always helped by friendly employees. Are they all friendly? I dont know. But the ones that Ive asked for help and the ones that are rang me up were all friendly. I like it there.

I like this place much better than the two major home improvement store. They just seemed to have exactly what I needed. There are multiple brands and types of each thing on my list. If anything, the worst problem was having too many choices. And the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about where to find things. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

I recently came to this store to buy a couple of bolts I needed to complete a project and I was immediately both surprised and impressed. This store has a hardware section that puts the big box stores to shame. I initially thought I was going to have to purchase some mid grade bolts that would work, but I was able to buy some grade 8 flange bolts and nuts instead which was exactly what I wanted. While I was there I was asked by more than one of the employees if they could help me find anything or needed any help. At the big box stores Im lucky if I can find anyone to ask for help when I need it. I have since been back several times and have found the level of customer service to be top notch every single time. No longer do I have to go to the big box stores and hope I can find something close to what I need. I only have to visit this store and I can get exactly what I want and can count on a pleasant experience while I do it.

Negative 5 star...The owner of this location must be Anthonys kin, they both seem to have the same work ethics. No service after sales & Their mistakes at customer costs, personally will not shop here and would not recommend it Went back to the store. There was an issue with one of my paint colors, the paint sample that was supposed to have been scanned was not. I had to repaint an entire section (very large ceiling)When I explained my concern with the store associate she called the manager over I explained the situation to him as well and tried to explain how my ceiling turned out darker than the walls and threw off my color scheme, I was there to purchase more paint and could use any kind of discountThe ceiling had to be fixed!manager ANTHONY then walked away as if I werent even there! Shame on him. That shouldve never happened.

I Do Not Recommend for Anyone to Buy from Do It Best Home Center in Beaumont, CA. I bought Two Weed Eater Machines at this Store and used them for a Month and the Machines Stopped Working.I took the Machines back for a Refund or Exchange and I didnt get either of the two. They accused Me of Abusing the Machines and Refused to Help Me with a Refund or Exchange.The Manager Of this Store is Tom and He was not Helpful in any Way. This Store is Very Dishonest and will not give You a Refund or Exchange if You see Yourself in a Situation like Mine.I Need to make Sure Everyone knows My Story and that Everyone Stops Shopping at this Store.

Beaumont Home Center has a lot of products, and it seems a few things that other hardware stores dont have. I went there a couple weeks ago for a woodworking project.About the store, it is very tightly packed together. It is hard to navigate even though their carts are very small. Some products, like table legs, are in a completely different area than the rest of the woodworking materials, so if you dont know the layout you will spend more time looking. Clutter in a few of the aisles doest help.I was working on a small project, but i was informed that wood trim pieces could only be bought in 8 ft or 16 ft lengths, nothing smaller. Thats really annoying if you only need 3 feet of trim. Very inconvenient for small projects.Finally, one of the reasons why I wanted to try Beaumont Home Center was because Home Depot was not enforcing state mandates for wearing face masks in stores. Beaumont Home Center was even worse. Not only were patrons sometimes maskless, several employees were too. One employee in the lumber area was maskless and completely rude and oblivious, going right up to my face and right behind me. You can ask me if I need help from 6 feet away. You can write down the product without breathing on me.There was also a maskless employee inside the indoor space, a young man. Beaumont Home Center needs to train their staff better and prioritize the health of their patrons (and staff) and follow the law.Maybe - MAYBE - I might go back someday if I need something that other hardware stores dont have. But while theres a pandemic going on, I will not shop again at BHC. Home Depot is now enforcing masks so thats where Ill be.

Customer service here is better than Home Depot. While I was at Home Depot I asked a question about a gas line for a fireplace and was rudely told that we dont carry anything like this here, and was sent to Beaumont Home Center. Here I was greeted at the door and I asked a question and was given correct information right away. And the part I was looking for was carried at home depot, looks like I found my new place for home improvement projects.

Hard to find things at first, but once you get the hang of it things are easy to find. This place carries a lot of stuff that you wont find in stock at the local Home Depot in town.

This go-to hardware store provides a wide selection to choose from, and even carries some obscure things. Its always fun to browse around and see whats available. Cute giftables are available as well! And everyone is always so kind and eager to assist! They all know my husband for his lumber trips and never-ending plumbing supply trips for our aquaponics projects.

I’ve been using this store for 30 years. Shopping here recalls the era before Home Depot and Lowes, when shopping at your local hardware store was akin to buying shoes. The staff knows their inventory, offers all the options and make sure your purchase fits. Even better, they’ll take the time to help you solve a problem using products and tools you may not have considered. Saves, time, money, and frustration. You’re in and out of the store real fast. Compare this to the big box stores, where you have to chase down pootly trained staff who often just started working their department. The staff at this store have seen it all, and you’ll benefit from their depth of knowledge and experience. This should always be your first stop in the Inland Empire.
