Fantastic place. Awesome movie memorabilia. Decent prices on movies too. Came to this mall from houston specifically to visit this place to remember the store from my childhood.

Bought an FYE edition Japan Crate box from here, and one of the snacks was opened up. And my unique collector item was a tiny marker that was dried out. This tells me those boxes have been there for way too long. I spent $50 for that. Im beyond disappointed and upset. I live too far away to simply go back and get a refund. My opinion of this store is permanently damaged.

I frequently visit this place in the mall on my way looking for POP! figures and movies. I have never yet had an instance where I did not receive help timely and even at times, more than I would expect from a retail store. Management is always friendly and extremely helpful when something arises and I would recommend to anyone to shop here.

Have bought many of movies from this place, but when I went today the gate was closed the employee would not let us in but 4 people walked around inside shopping for 25 minutes! The employee walked over and finally opened the gate but only to let the people out. He closed the gate and told me he was going to lunch be back in 30 minutes, walked the mall for 40 minutes went back gate was still closed so I took my business somewhere else!

This was a good store still they scammed me with a backstage pass charging me $11.99 a month didnt notice the statements till 4months later.... They said it was like a Kroger card to earn points. Never again going here..

You can find almost any movie you are looking for here. They can even make special orders if the movie is available. They also have a platinum savings card that save you hundreds.

I like this store because you will find the movie youre looking for. The staff though is flighty. I asked them people to explain about the special that was going on as the sign said ASK A SALES ASSOCIATE ABOUT OUR DEALS or something to that effect, you would have thought I was speaking Greek. Suddenly one by one they all looked at me asking wHaT!? Like some Cheech and Chong film (which they have). Finally after I pointed out the sign they snapped back to reality, then were helpful in a vague way.
