Before the pandemic we looked into purchasing bikes. We spoke with a gentleman back n late april or early may who was very knowledgeable n we were pleased wat he had to say however we needed to think about all the info he provided ! Well the pandemic happened n town was closed down. We went back to the store n june n spoke wit woman who waited on us. (We regret not asking for the gentleman we spoke wit previously😡). This woman was about nothing but makin a huge profit for herself. Needless to say we would not purchase under those circumstances. Had we spoken to the gentleman we would hav purchased two bikes! Story ended well for us as we both pre-ordered bikes fr another company. We tried to buy locally but some people r too greedy so they lost our business!

Went in and was given exactly what I asked for. This was the second bike shop I went to. I wish it would have been the first stop. No one here tried to tell me my tire was obsolete, with an opportunity to make a $$$ sale. I appreciate honesty and Im very satisfied with my experience here.Do yourself a favor and try these guys FIRST.

Prices are excellent but the service is even better. They are always extremely friendly and helpful when you go in. They have many services they can do on your bike and they don’t even care if you purchased it from them. They have fast turn arounds and this is by far the best bike shop in the area.

I Love doing business with locally owned businesses and this is one. They have the experience and the know how. Just bought my first bike, its been 40 years since Ive been on a bike and they gave me good advice and knew just what i needed. I got there close to closing time and bought a few trinkets for my bike they worked together as a team and got it done. Thanks guys!

I went in looking for guidance in purchasing a road bike, and found them to be knowledgeable and thorough in answering my questions, as well as generous with their time. Drawing from a lifetime of experience in cycling, they didnt hesitate to recommend the equipment they felt would be the best fit for me, even if the product wasnt available on their floor that day. Ive returned many times since then for clothing, equipment, and for advice, and found them to be helpful with any questions and needs I have. WOW! I just moved to Beaumont and had some issues with my Giant bicycle from before the move. I found Kickstand Bike Shop & gave them a try! Ive found my bike shop! As one who is new to biking and needed guidance to completely outfit my bike, The Team at Kickstand was so helpful! They even shared tips on starting out and working up to their Saturday 30 mile + rides! Thank you SO MUCH!!!

The service Was EXTREMELY RUDE and they act stuck up like there better than everyone else, I would say take your Business elsewhere.

After years of riding bikes and dealing with my fav shop in Austin I expected similar support and knowledge from Kickstand Bike Shop. To my surprise these guys know BIKES, ALL BIKES!! Their experience blew me away! Tom, Don and Bavani are cool and easy to talk to. The store was busy as a stirred ant mound when I went in but they said hi, offered me coffee and got around to me quickly. After I got the parts I needed they shared riding options for the area and pointed me towards the local cycling club. Fair prices, great service, awesome peeps.. would give them 6 stars but they only allowed 5...

Thank you to the owners and staff at Kickstand. Im terrible with names, but I was first helped by Mrs. Kickstand when I was a lost puppy just trying to get info; then went back a few days later and a staff member and Mr. Kickstand stayed open late and helped me finalize my decision. Many thanks from a beginner who thinks he is a pro going into his 3rd week on a real bike. This decision is already making a difference in my life.
