I bought my new Specialized bike from Dayna and I couldn’t be happier! She took the time to not only tell me about the features on the bike, but to go out with me on a test ride to show me those features! She patiently answered all my questions and helped me get the correct accessories for the type of riding I’d be doing. The store was well-stocked with a great selection of accessories for all types of riders. I really appreciate a bike store with employees as knowledgeable as Dayna! Highly recommend!

Very generous people. I came in to get a pesky training wheel off my sons bike, and he grabbed the bike and came back out within 2 minutes. He also came out and gave me pointers on how to teach him how to ride without the training wheels. Will be back!

The Fantastic folks inside bicycle sports or what make that place incredible. Ive known about Google Maps and reviews since they came out but have been waiting for my first review for this exact place. Picture yourself with your brand new toy and you dont want to mess it up you have no idea who to call and worse yet you dont know if theyre going to be able to help. You will not encounter that problem here. Plus they were extremely accommodating with me and my Flags. Recommendations are for people who are on the fence I urge you to go into a bicycle Sports if you have the inclination of two wheeled freedom and a sense of adventure. Thanks guys! I cant wait to see you all again. The only thing that would have made the photo below better would be had I taken it outside this great store.

I am new to cycling and had no idea where to begin. The staff at bicycle sports Walked me through the whole process and showed me a multitude of different bikes and various price ranges. I ended up purchasing a bike that I was comfortable with, price and comfort.The staff is extremely helpful. I have lived In Southeast Texas for 6 years now this was honestly one of the best customer service experiences Ive had since moving here.

Rude owner! Learn customer service! Wayyyyyy overpriced! 260$ for cranks! U must be price gouging! If u dont like your job find something without customer service! You act bitter like your wife just left u! Kickstand got it done for half the price and was cordial, like they wanted the business! U dont deserve 1 star!

Called Bicycle Sports looking for a specific model of bike for my husband and me for several different activities. While they were unable to sell me the bicycles I was looking for partially because they were discontinued and partially because we actually live in MA a bit too far away from their client base, the salesman I talked with was super helpful. He recommended several courses of action to help me find the right bikes for us despite the model we were hoping for being unavailable. Anyone looking for customer service that is specifically focused on the customers needs should check out this shop. There is no smoke being blown up anyone’s rear simply to make a sale. Very grateful for these guys help and advice!

Excellent experience here. Was able to test the bike in their parking lot. Knowledgeable about the specs of the bikes we were interested in. Price was as expected and compared to other retailers. Dont go here if you want big box prices and cheap made bikes. Go here for quality and reasonable prices in order to operate an individually owned business. Support your local businesses. Im not from Beaumont or the county, but love to support locally owned, individual businesses. Will be back.

I live in Houston, Texas while my son works and attends college in Beaumont, Texas. His primary mode of transportation is a mountain bike. Recently, he needed adjustments on his bike. Everywhere we called, we were told that it would take 2 or more business days to check his bike. Finally, l contacted Justin of Bicycle Sports and shared our dilemna. We took his bike in and received it back in a couple of hours at a very reasonable price. His bike has never ridden as smoothly! In addition, Justin provided valuable information to maintain and ensure the longevity of the bike. In fact, the entire team was cordial and helpful. Kudos to the Bike Sports team!!!

Purchasing a bicycle is similar to purchasing shoes. In both cases, your comfort and safety will be better served if you have someone fit you to the product. I call her Rojo Loca, I have had her for a month now and have enjoyed every moment. I have had a back operation bulging disc L-4 L-5 and L-5 S-1 bone graph. I can ride and feel no pain and get back on the next day. No problem.Thank You Andy! For all your help to make sure I have all the bells and whistles I need to ride safe. Terrible. I had recently bought a fixer-upper vintage bike. I went in to see if they had the tires I needed. I was told the tire is obsolete, they have the last one in existence. The one they had was 24$. Funny, because Im looking on my phone, at the tire I need (to give him the size) and they are 14.99$.I left, saying Ill just get them online. I knew there was another bike store in Beaumont, so I checked there just in case. Got the tires I needed for 14.99$ and the tubes. No problem. While I was at the other place, a tech was working on a bike with a Bicycle Sports sticker.I dont need an apology or some seemingly sincere comment on my dissatisfaction. I just want future buyers to be aware.

I worked with Justin the kid to find the right bike for my fitness goals and got fully equipped. The service was outstanding if you understand that during the fitting, your staff member may be the only one on the floor to help other customers too... I went in with a general knowledge of what I needed and was further educated by Justin and Erik Bender as to what was probably gonna be the best total package and received several reduced prices on items that really sold me on the total package. Thanks for all that you do to help new riders!!!!!

I was there for about a good 10 minutes, two people where working and one of them was busy with a customer. You would think that since there are two workers that naturally one would go to each costomer since there are only two people in the store but no me and my mother did not even get acknowledged upon entrance nor did we get one as where where looking for some cycling shoes.

Went in yesterday and Shelby was very patience and informative, he let me try out three bikes and the 3rd one was a charm.i will buy a bike from him or the shop cat. She did give me a hug so most likely from her the cat!!! They have everything in this shop!

This place is great! So down to earth and helpful. Other bike shops in the area seem condescending, like they are Tour de France regulars. The guys at Bicycle Sports are just everyday guys, ready to answer any question and steer you in the right direction for your desires/needs, with no pressure. Id like to send a special thank you to my salesman, Bill Morgan. He was extremely helpful, and allowed me to just browse and ask questions until i decided exactly what I wanted. I purchased a Specialized Diverge A1 Subcompact through their lay-a-away. While the bike was on lay-a-way, they would let me come in and borrow it for a day or two to test it out.I would definitely recommend anyone who is interested in buying a real bike to go see these guys. They are great!!

I called Bicycle Sports on I-10 in Beaumont tx. a day before driving 35 miles to check about replacing a tire on a bike with a Honda 35cc weedeater motor and even though the price was double the price at the Kickstand bike shop in Beaumont I decided to go to Bicycle Sports because they told me they could change the tire while I waited. The Kickstand shop had a waiting time of a few days which I found out why, much better service! Bicycle Sports flat out refused to change the tire after they said they would on the phone knowing about the small motor I told them about. The Gentleman was rude, Ill never buy a bike from a place like that!!! It

While the staff is friendly, they lack a lot in the customer service dept. I left a set of wheels with minor issues. When I got them back, they were so out of round as to be unusable. Like riding over rocks. I gave them a second chance, but the tech was not able to improve much. His excuse, well, theyre an older set of wheels. Not a reason, just the excuse.I had them repaired elsewhere, no problem.Poor communication abounds. No one told me the tech was off for two weeks the 2nd time I left the wheels. Then, when I called to see what was up, the manager told me he personally would take a look at the wheels.Never followed up. The tech refused to accept any responsibility for the wheels not being right, but couldnt say just what it was he couldnt fix.Go somewhere else.
