I got the Brazilian wax done by Kelli, and I am more than satisfied! It’s a frightening procedure, but she does the best job distracting me and moving very quickly. All around, I am very satisfied with the service here. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a thorough, professional waxing.

I went to European wax because I was thinking about relocating to Beaumont due to work. The receptionist were really friendly my waxing lady Jasmine did not do a good job unfortunately. She was running behind schedule due to a client running late, which I did not mind at all. When I got back there there was no good customer service at all. I’ve been waxed multiple times so I know when someone is rushing and does a half job. She kept looking at her watch and was done in less the 10 min. She did not thoroughly perform a Brazilian wax and I’m sure she knows it because the was obviously hairs still there. If I give this location another try it will definitely be with a different waxer because this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had regarding waxing unfortunately.

The the first time there with my daughter and Lindsay was my waxer. I told her that I had a higher arch in one of my brow naturally. She is the first person who got them even as possible. She not only wax them, she combed them, brushed them, cut them, even filled them in tweeze them, and pluck them! It was done in 7 minutes with the other lady, but Lindsay was professional and took her tim. She used the full 15 minutes for the session. She only been there 3 years, but shes the top waxer in my opinion. Hands down! My daughter got her first time ever eyebrow waxing done by Lindsey and loved them. Go see Lindsay shes the best!

I’m not too happy with this establishment right now. About a week ago, they had a promotion going on for free waxing. I decided to get my full legs done. I got there before closing. I was the last customer for the day. Per what I was told, they ran out of wax and they couldn’t finish the job. They informed me that I was able to come back Sunday afternoon so they can do the touch ups and also finish where they left off. I wasn’t mad or upset. I truly understood because they were fixing to close soon. I didn’t mind coming back Sunday. The first call I got today was informing me that one of their employees called in that was supposed to finish the job and I couldn’t come at my appointment at 1215pm due to it only being 1 person available and she was booked until 430pm. They wanted to reschedule for 430pm. I said ok, not a problem. Later on, I get another phone call from the “MANAGER” named Heather of the establishment saying to not come in today because she stated that I would be charged for the service because it’s not the same person that did it the first time. Not only that, she informed me that they don’t have customers come back for touch ups on promotions. I informed her that I wasn’t told this information when I went there the 1st time. They said I could come back due to them running out of wax and they couldn’t finish the service. It’s definitely not my fault that they ran out of wax. The manager informed me to come Tuesday at 430pm and I wouldn’t be charged because it would be with the same person that did it the first time. That doesn’t make any sense. I’m giving a low rating because the manager didn’t handle this situation well and she was rude. Why not just keep the appointment for when it was set?? Why inconvenience me? Everyone else was completely nice, friendly, and understanding but NOT her. She also threatened to cancel my service and also talked about my bad review I made and stated that I shouldn’t have posted my review. Who does that???? I literally had to hang up in her face because I refused to go back and forth with her. She technically tried to bully me. Even though the service was free, I had intentions of rescheduling my next appointment that I was going to pay for. Due to this unprofessionalism I received from the “District Manager” Heather, I WILL NOT BE BACK HERE.

Wouldn’t recommend Caitlin she does a horrible job … she doesn’t fully wax you and also leaves powder all over you .. if it’s your first time don’t go to her . She is awkward and when your done she just says ok done and that’s it my first time she didn’t tell me much about anything I went in there blindly and left blindly won’t Reccomend.

European wax center is actually a great place to get anything done. Its like they know whats best for you. Today was my second time going to them to get my legs and arms wax. They offer more services but thats all I needed to get done anyway. Jasmine is the best is literally the best, so I book a day thats open and a time that shes available. If you want your eyebrows to look good go to Tori M! She was very detail oriented and even offered to fill in my brows which was new to me because no other wax specialist offered to do that before! I have been an in and out customer for years for a full face wax. I am a last minute person and love how easy the scheduling is and how clean the place stays. The girl I loved to use previously left and I had two not so pleasant experiences after. Went back yesterday after almost a 1 1/2 years of not getting a service and probably left the happiest I have ever been.Taylor E. is seriously the best waxer I have ever had. I told her I wanted my eyebrows cleaned up and I like them full. She did that and left nice outlines for some of my hair to grow back in a better shape. She took her time plucking everything that did not come up. EVER single stubborn hair and stray anywhere else on my face gone. My face feels so great and looks so smooth. Also, because she left the outlines of my brows I was able to do my brows perfectly this morning.

Because if Covid-19 it’s been months since I had my Brazilian was so I was a little apprehensive about coming because it would probably be uncomfortable. My water was Tori at the Beaumont location. Not only was she friendly and professional but she had a way of talking so that you forgot she was about to rip your soul out lol. No seriously she told me take a deep breath and once she removed the wax I realized I was tense for nothing. Today was a breeze. I told her she is my new waxer. 😉

Have been going here since October. My specialist is Victoria. I highly recommend her. The service i get is a full Brazilian, and Victoria does a really good job. She is quick, and for what Im getting done, its as painless as possible. Today I saw her, and she did the best job she has ever done. There was not ONE hair left after she was done today! Also, I highly recommend the products they sell - for sure the shower gel, the ingrown hair serum, and the lotion. They seriously make a HUGE difference. I know they are expensive, but if you buy 3 or more products, you get 20% off on each, and they make the process so much easier and less painful. The hair comes out WAY easier with regular use of the products.

Everyone is super friendly here. I never have to wait for an appointment because my specialist Christine is always on time. I got great explanations of all the products and how to use them. Location is always super clean. Already had 6 appointments and couldnt be happier.

My first wax experience was amazing!! Jessica was the best I recommend her. Jessica was able to talk me through my entire experience and they were very nice also they didn’t have a problem with telling me what all is going to happen during the waxing process. They also have an excellent product called the ingrown hair serum that I recommend getting so that you don’t have any nasty ingrown hairs

I love the setup and the professionalism of the receptionist. My favorite wax specialist is Mandy. She is funny, friendly, and charismatic. I went in for a wax on my brows and bikini. I’m super particular about who does my brows: Mandy did exactly as i asked and my natural brows have never looked better. As for as the secret space lol (bikini)... I felt super comfortable with her in spite of my nervousness. I’ve recommended all of my friends to Mandy, and they’ve all had nothing but good things to say as well. I must say, if you aren’t a regular already after your first time you will be. Thank you Mandy, you’re AMAZING at what you do!

I had a really bad experience with Brittany at the Beaumont location... I hate for it to ruin my view of the entire company, but I dont know if ill ever try the company again. I was a first time customer today and new the area so it forced me to try someone new.She RUSHED through the entire process, brow and lip done in less than 7 minutes. I have had waxing for years, and its never hurt as bad as when she did it. Ripping away with no attempts of applying pressure after the wax, etc.Before we started, I tried to tell her my preference and even attempted to show her a picture of the last time I had my eye brows done so she could have a specific picture of my preference. She blew me off in her rush and just said ok just clean up ok and kept going. The brows are W A Y too thin and crooked.. left in tears as we all know it takes months to correct a poor brow jobAnd who tweezes someones lip? If there is still hair, then wax the lip again? Never has someone used tweezers on my lip before today...
