They are very rude. I asked the owner to look up a part that has been causing the same problems in other models like mine. He refused to talk to me about it and walked away from the conversation. The owner is very rude when you have questions about your vehicle.

Very unprofessional. I called and spoke to someone and gave clear details of the status of my vehicle and they agreed to look at it. I paid for it to be towed to the shop and they refused to look at it and asked me to come back and get it. Now im out of 70$ for the tow plus i had to pay to bring it to another shop.

Terrible ripoff. Attempted to sell me parts I did not need. I found this out after I went to another repair shop later and found out I didnt need those parts.
