Excellent service! The staff was professional, efficient, friendly and courteous. My Lincoln MKX was damaged when a deer hit the front fender and damaged the entire passenger side of the car. After the Fasulo crew repaired and repainted it, the vehicle looked perfect. Great customer service. Great company.

I brought my vehicle in for damage to the hood and front grille and they knocked it out of the Park! I expected to look like normal but they made it look better than before highly recommend Fasulo to anyone needing repair work done. After a wreck my car was brought here. It was deemed a total loss and while speaking to an insurance agent and one of their adjusters at the same time it was agreed I could come Monday to finish getting everything out of the vehicle and it would be picked up Tuesday. I left work a little early Monday since my normal schedule keeps me there till after they normally closed but when I arrived I was informed they had already allowed the vehicle to be taken and brought all the way to Houston. Very frustrating that they did not follow what they said and with a recently totaled vehicle and having to work all week, making a trip to Houston is not really plausible at the time. They also seemed disinterested in the fact that they did not follow what they said and just told me to call the people that took it which was pointless because it shouldn’t have been taken in the first place. Would not use them again if they are going to be super careless with things like this.

My wife and I have used Fasulo Paint and Body for more than 15 years. We have had four cars repaired by David Fenner and his crew. Always first class work and service. Our most recent experience was to have hail damage repaired on our Volkswagen. Also had to have a windshield replaced at the same time. The car came back to us perfect. No overcharges or unnecessary expense. Honesty, integrity and good service--thats what we have always got from Fasulo. Highly recommended.

I went to get a quote for a repair on my bumper. My mechanic of 20 years already advised me of how much it should cost to have my car repaired . This guy gave me an estimate of 848 dollars. Said it would take 3 days because that is really the time it takes to dry the paint. Well I maybe a woman and black on top of that but Im no fool. In his quote he said the bumper would have to be replaced, which is a lie, it is only a bump and scratch. They will try and gauge you if you let them. Single ladies dont go there unprepared and have not did your research. on top of it he walks around with a gun on his hip. i didnt lie but now he is using or asking people to say he gives fair and impartial service. i still have your quote that you gave me and the quote from my insurance want to try me? dont fall for the fake reviews.

Took in a Chevy Impala to get a new paint job to remove scratches. After over a month, we got the car back with paint bubble spots, scratches in the metal on the exterior, and they poorly put back together the panels on the door. On top of this, the top brake light was put together incorrectly as well, and now it rattles every time a song with heavy bass is played. None of these were issues prior to coming to this shop. The car was also returned with a filthy interior, saw dust, bugs, dirt-looked like it was left in the woods for a week with the windows rolled down.

I was looking to have a small piece (lower lip spoiler) for the front bumper of my car painted and started inquiring around at car paint and body shops. I went to Torres first but they turned me away saying that they don’t paint parts supplied by customers. But they guy did point me to Fasulo’s after asking him for suggestions.When I got to Fasulo’s, Calvin greeted me when I came in. Told him about my odd request and after taking a glance at my car and the part that I wanted painted, he agreed to do the job. Weird part is that he wanted CASH only for the paint job, which I found questionable. I went along with it anyway since I was already there.The next day, he called me and told me that the they were done painting the spoiler and that it was ready. I wasn’t expecting it to be done until next week but I was pretty impressed. I didn’t get there until the next day and Calvin had his guys install the front lip spoiler right away. It took awhile, almost an hour but only because they were having fitment issues with the spoiler. It’s an aftermarket part and not an OEM which I failed to mention to them and makes it my fault. They did get it to fit eventually and was satisfied with their work.All in all, I think they did a good job of installing the lower lip spoiler on my car. It was properly aligned but had a few minor scratches from the frustration of fitting it to the car, I guess. The paint did, however, match the body color perfectly.

While my sons were in high school we had lots of opportunities to business with Fasulos Paint and Body - eight accidents over six years (fortunately none their fault). Fasulos always did outstanding work with careful attention to getting the details right. David and his crew also worked very hard to honor their time commitments and finish the job on time. I was always happy with the finished product. Im happy to give them my highest recommendation.

They just finished up a repair on my SRT8 Challenger, and I can say nothing but good things. The service was great, and my car looks fantastic. I would highly recommend visiting them.

Horrible service. Each day I call there is a different excuse as to why my car isnt done being worked on. The day they said my car would be done, guess what...Im still without a car. If I could pick my car up a bring it to adifferent body shop I would and to make Matters worse they dont have a manager on site
