When I step into the service department, Kelsey a service representative asked if she could help me. I told her the AIRBAG ERROR LIGHT CAME ON. She looked at me like she doesn’t understand English. I purchased my brand Passat back in December, drove from Houston and it was the best experience ever, worth the trip. I’ve dealt with the Houston dealer twice and they do not compare with VW Beaumont’s quality of service.
