What a good shopping experience. Its so good to get customer service that truly is interested in your needs.

A company store with great staff and excellent product at a good price. Whats not to like? They went out of their way to find an out-of-stock product at a nearby store (their last can, at that) to fulfill an internet order. Pickup was a breeze. Ill be going back, for sure.

I began a residential project 2 years ago, and due to various issues, am only now finishing it. Consequently, I had several buckets of paint which were purchased 2 years ago, and required shaking. I also required a new bucket of paint, tinted, which I had forgotten to order beforehand.There was only one employee working at the time (Grecia), but she was fantastic. Able to help other customers in the store, along with all of my needs. She made sure all of my old paint was shaken, the new paint prepared, and even assisted me to load everything in my vehicle.Great experience. Highly recommend this store to others, and will definitely continue to do personal business with this store!

Great product, great online ordering via their website and curbside pickup.

Staff are always friendly and helpful. Appreciate they keep records of my purchases. Only beef I have with S-W, and lord have I bought a lot of your paint over the last 40 yrs, is your pricing strategy. It’s an everyday low price world. The vast majority of national merchants don’t do this price off/ then soak the loyal customer promotion strategy stuff any more. S-W needs to get with modern retailing.

My local Sherwin Williams is great, the associates are so knowledgeable and helpful to me when I have a painting project.

I have never been so dismissed as a customer until walking into Sherwin-Williams on Robert Smalls. First I was ignored when walking in and after being there for a few minutes the only store worker walks past me and walks into the store room. I disturbed him by asking for help and telling him that I have never been in a store where they really didnt want to help you. To his reply OH MY God, what do you need? If I were you I would not step foot in this store. I will truly take my business elsewhere whey they can appreciate a customer.

Shop at Sherwin-Williams because they specialize in paint, others just offer it. I found the color I was looking for and it really transformed the room. Tiki Hut in the Cashmere selection.

Better stocked shelves and more business-like, professional staff. Make the customer feel as if their business matters.

After dealing with the staff in bluffton i went to the beaufort store- knowledgable staff and very helpful. I have to drive 35 minutes but i know my stuff will be right and they have what i need in stock.

Paid 70.00 for gallon of paint at 8am then bought same paint at 10 am and was charged 25.00 they said they could not help me. Make up the difference
